ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh keterampilan konsep kepala sekolah terhadap keefektifan sekolah, (2) pengaruh keterampilan manusiawi kepala sekolah terhadap keefektifan sekolah, (3) pengaruh keterampilan teknis terhadap keefektifan sekolah, dan (4) pengaruh keterampilan konsep, manusiawi dan teknis kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap keefektifan sekolah.
Penelitian yang berpendekatan kuantitatif ini, menggunakan metode survey dengan menyebarkan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis ini dilakukan dengan uji statistik F untuk pengajuan secara bersama-sama dan uji statistik t untuk pengujian antar variabel X dengan Y. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan seluruh hipotesis penelitian tentang keterampilan konsep, manusiawi dan teknis berpengaruh terhadap keefektifan Madrasah secara parsial maupun simultan. Uji statistik F diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 111,9 > Ftabel sebesar 2,699 dan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 hal ini menandakan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sedangkan uji t, diperoleh nilai t untuk variabel keterampilan konsep sebesar 3,18, variabel keterampilan manusiawi 6,6 dan keterampilan teknis -0,019. Untuk hasil thitung tiap variabel > ttabel kecuali keterampilan teknis. Selain itu nilai signifikansi untuk keterampilan konsep 0,002, keterampilan manusiawi 0,000, dan ketermpilan teknis 0,985. Variabel keterampilan konsep dan manusiawi dinyatakan berpengaruh secara signifikan, sedangkan variabel keterampilan teknis berpengaruh tidak signifikan.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan manajerial yang dimiliki kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap keefektifan sekolah secara parsial maupun simultan, namun masih memerlukan penyesuaian dengan situasi dan kondisi di sekolah.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of a headmaster to the effectiveness of Islamic Senior High Schools (1) the Effect of Headmaster’s Conceptual Skills to the Effectiveness Schools, (2 the Effect of Headmaster’s Human Skills to the Effectiveness Schools, (3) the Effect of Headmaster’s Technical Skills to the Effectiveness Schools, and (4) the Effect of Headmaster’s Conceptual Skills, Human Skills, and Technical Skills to the Effectiveness Schools .
This quantitative research uses survey method by spreading research instrument such as questionnaire sheet. The hypothesis test is done by using t and F test, that is statistic F test to test all at once and statistic t test for testing between X variable and Y variable. The result of this test is found as all about the hypothesis about conceptual skills, human skills, and technical skills, influences the effectiveness school in Islamic Senior High school District partially or simultaneously. For statistic F test is taken from as 111,9 > as 2,699 and significantly score 0,00 < 0,05 this shows that hypothesis H0 rejected and H1 accepted.. while for testing t is resulted t score for conceptual skills as 3,18, human skills as 6,6 and technical skills as -0,019. The result of t each variable is except technical skills >. In addition, the significance value for conceptual skills is 0,002, human skills is 0,000, and technical skills is 0,985. Conceptual and human skills variables are stated to have a significant effect, while technical skills variables are not significant.
Based the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that the managerial skills possessed by school headmasters have an effect on the effectiveness of school partially or simultaneously, but they still need to be adjusted to the situation and conditions at school.
