Self Injury merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi di Indonesia, seperti hasil studi pendahuluan yang di lakukan SMP Negeri 20 Surabaya diperoleh informasi berdasarkan penyebaran angket bahwa siswa kelas VIII mengalami permasalahan pada bidang pribadi, khususnya kurangnya pengetahuan tentang bahaya self-injury dan cara mencegahanya, serta dilakukan wawancara kepada siswa dan guru bk sebagai penunjang informasi hasil permasalahan. Berdasarkan permasalahan berikut peneliti melakukan pengembangan berupa produk yaitu media booklet pencegah kerentanan self-injury siswa. Diharapkan booklet tersebut dapat bermanfaat untuk siswa, serta bermanfaat bagi guru bk untuk memberikan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling.
Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan R&D dalam Sugiyono (2017). Penelitian pengembangan merupakan proses yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk mulai dari merancang, mengembangkan dan menguji keefektifan produk yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai inovasi media dalam bidang pendidikan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan sampai tahap ke tujuh dari sepuluh tahap yaitu sampai revisi produk setelah uji coba kelompok kecil yang menghasilkan produk booklet dengan alasan keterbatasan waktu, tenaga dan biaya dalam penelitian.
Uji akseptabilitas dilakukan pada ahli materi, media dan calon pengguna (guru BK dan siswa). Hasil uji validasi ahli materi dan calon pengguna (guru BK) memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,75, hasil uji validasi ahli media memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,83, hasil uji validasi calon pengguna siswa dengan nilai 83,45% yang masuk dalam kategori sangat sesuai dan sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa produk booklet pencegah kerentanan self-injury siswa SMP Negeri 20 Surabaya telah memenuhi akseptabilitas. Hasil uji coba dalam kelompok terbatas menunjukkan hasil uji Paired Sample T-Test memperoleh Sig.(2-tailed) = 0,008 dengan taraf signifikan 5% atau 0,05. Karena nilai 0,008 lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka dapat diputuskan Hš¯‘ˇ diterima artinya ada perbedaan tingkat kerentanan sel-injury setelah penerapan produk booklet pencegah kerentanan self-injury siswa

Self-injury has been one of the existing problems in Indonesia. As per the result obtained from a piloting study that surveyed 8th graders of SMP Negeri 20 Surabaya, it was found that the subjects had personal problems, particularly in lacking awareness of self-injury dangers and ways to prevent it. This finding was also supported by the information gained from interviewing subjects as well as the counseling teacher. Based on this result, the researcher developed a product namely students' self-injury sensitivity prevention booklet media. It is hoped for this booklet to benefit students as well as counseling teachers to serve guidance in counseling.
This research was categorized as R&D research with development modelling according to Sugiyono (2017). Developmental research involves a set of processes used to create a product starting from designing, developing and effectiveness testing of the said product which can be used as innovative media in the educational field. This study was done until the 7th stage of total 10 stages, finishing at product revising post small group experiment because of the limited time, energy and financial aid.
Acceptance test was carried out to materials development experts, media and user candidates (counseling teachers and students). The result of the validity test in materialā€™s development experts and user candidates (counseling teacher and students) scored 0,75, media expert 0,83 and user candidate students with 83,45% which were categorized as very suitable and excellent. According to the result, the booklet product to prevent SMPN 20 Surabaya students' self-injury sensitivity passed the acceptance test. The result of the experiment in a limited group with paired sample T-Test obtained Sig.(2-tailed) = 0,008 with significance level 5% or 0,05. As the value was smaller than significance level 0,05, Hš¯‘ˇ was accepted, meaning that there was a difference in self-injury sensitivity after self-injury sensitivity prevention booklet was implemented.
