The
Sapasantun Flipped Classroom video media oriented to social norms based on
Assemblr.edu was developed in BIPA learning, especially in learning speaking
skills. The objectives of this study were (1) to describe the process of
developing the Sapasantun Flipped Classroom video media oriented to social
norms based on Assemblr.edu, and (2) to test the validity, practicality, and
effectiveness of the media in learning speaking skills for BIPA learners. The
method used in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) method by
adopting a development model with the ADDIE approach and the stages as follows,
Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research was
conducted at Surabaya State University with the subjects of the research being
BIPA level 5 learners. Data were collected through observation, interviews,
questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis techniques include analysis of
validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the product. Product validation
carried out in the development of this product was carried out on media experts
and material experts. The results of this development research created a video
media product of a greeting based on Assemblr.edu for learning speaking skills
for BIPA learners. The learning media product developed has been proven to be
feasible and effective for use, as shown in the validation results and the
results of the scores that have been carried out. Validation from media experts
got a percentage of 87%. Validation from material experts got a percentage of
96%. Effectiveness taken from the value of BIPA learners' work results got a
score of 88%. Practicality taken from teacher and learner questionnaires got a
score of 89%.
