Relationship between Work Life Balance and Job Hopping in Generation Z Employees at PT.X Surabaya
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Work Life Balance dengan Job Hopping pada karyawan generasi Z di PT.X Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan melibatkan 139 karyawan generasi Z di PT.X Surabaya sebagai sampel penelitian. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan menggunakan instrument berupa skala psikologi, yang terdiri dari Work Life Balance dan Job Hopping. Analisis data dilaksanakan dengan uji korelasi pearson product moment menggunakan software SPSS 26.0 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menghasilkan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05) yang mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Work Life Balance dengan Job Hopping. Koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebesar -0,722 (r= -0,722) sehingga menandakan bahwa hubungan tersebut tergolong dalam kategori kuat. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi Work Life Balance yang dirasakan oleh karyawan generasi Z di PT.X Surabaya, maka semakin rendah tingkat Job Hopping. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah Work Life Balance, maka semakin tinggi Job Hopping.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Work Life Balance and Job Hopping in generation Z employees at PT.X Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative correlational involving 139 generation Z employees at PT.X Surabaya as research samples. The research sample was selected using a saturated sample technique. The data collection technique was carried out using an instrument in the form of a psychological scale, consisting of Work Life Balance and Job Hopping. Data analysis was carried out using the Pearson product moment correlation test using SPSS 26.0 for Windows software. The results of the data analysis produced a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05) which indicates that there is a significant relationship between Work Life Balance and Job Hopping. The correlation coefficient obtained is -0.722 (r = -0.722) indicating that the relationship is included in the strong category. This study shows that the higher the Work Life Balance felt by generation Z employees at PT.X Surabaya, the lower the level of Job Hopping. Conversely, the lower the Work Life Balance, the higher the Job Hopping.
