Development of Instagram Content Based on Infographics Illustration Material for Cartoon Images at SMPN 8 Gresik
Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah adanya masalah dan kendala terhadap media pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru seni budaya kelas VIII di SMPN 8 Gresik. Penggunaan media dinilai kurang inovatif, guru hanya menggunakan bahan ajar berupa buku paket dan papan tulis, selain itu siswa tidak memiliki buku paket sebagai sumber belajar, sehingga siswa kesulitan dalam memahami materi ilustrasi.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep pengembangan, mengetahui proses pengembangan, dan mengetahui hasil media pembelajaran berbasis infografis menggambar ilustrasi gambar kartun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode 4D yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan dan terdiri dari 4 tahapan pengembangan yaitu Define, Design, Development, dan Disseminate. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif.
Hasil validasi ahli materi tahap pertama memperoleh persentase 92%, sedangkan untuk validasi ahli materi tahap kedua memperoleh persentase 96%. Hasil validasi ahli media tahap pertama memperoleh persentase 75%, sedangkan validasi ahli media tahap kedua memperoleh persentase 93%. Hasil respon siswa “positif” dengan perolehan 88%. Kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis infografis menggambar ilustrasi menggunakan instagram dapat dikatakan “layak”.

The background of this research is the problems and constraints on learning media applied by class VIII cultural arts teachers at SMPN 8 Gresik. The use of media is considered less innovative, teachers only use teaching materials in the form of package books and blackboards, besides that students do not have package books as learning resources, so students have difficulty in understanding illustration material.
The purpose of this study is to find out the concept of development, know the development process, and find out the results of infographic-based learning media drawing cartoon illustrations. This research uses the 4D method developed by Thiagarajan and consists of 4 stages of development, namely Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis.
The results of the first stage of material expert validation obtained a percentage of 92%, while for the second stage of material expert validation obtained a percentage of 96%. The results of the first stage of media expert validation obtained a percentage of 75%, while the second stage of media expert validation obtained a percentage of 93%. The results of student responses were "positive" with 88% gains. The feasibility of infographic-based learning media drawing illustrations using Instagram can be said to be "feasible".
