Penelitian pengembangan LKPD ini memiliki tujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan hasil LKPD berbasis scientific approach yang sudah dikembangkan; 2) mendeskripsikan kelayakan LKPD berbasis scientific approach yang sudah dikembangkan; 3) mendeskripsikan respon peserta didik terhadap penerapan LKPD berbasis scientific approach yang sudah dikembangkan. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan metode Research and Development. Penelitian pengembangan LKPD ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D dari Thiagarajan yang memiliki empat tahap pengembangan yang terdiri dari tahap pendefinisian (define), tahap perancangan (design), tahap pengembangan (develop), dan tahap penyebaran (disseminate). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 20 peserta didik kelas XI OTKP 4 di SMK Negeri 2 Tuban. Hasil dari proses validasi menunjukkan bahwa jumlah keseluruhan kelayakan LKPD yaitu sebesar 82,5% dengan interprestasi sangat kuat. Uji coba yang dilakukan pada peserta didik menunjukkan rata-rata skor pengembangan LKPD sebesar 93,13% dengan interprestasi sangat kuat. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian pengembangan LKPD berbasis Scientific Approach pada Mata Pelajaran Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian Semester Genap di SMK Negeri 2 Tuban dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar.

Research development of LKPD aims to (1) describe the results LKPD-based scientific approach that has been developed on the subjects (2) describe the feasibility of LKPD-based scientific approach that has been developed on the subjects (3 ) describe the learner response to the application LKPD scientific-based approach that has been developed on the subjects. The method used in this research is the development LKPD Research and Development. Development models used in this research is the development LKPD 4-D of Thiagarajan which has four stages of development include the definition phase, design phase, development phase and the deployment phase.This research was conducted at 20 learners in class XI OTKP 4 at SMK Negeri 2 Tuban. Results of the validation show that the total number of feasibility LKPD that is equal to 82.5% with a very strong interpretation. Experiments performed on learners showed an average score of 93.13% LKPD development with very strong interpretation. It can be concluded that the development of research-based LKPDScientific Approach on Subjects Automation Personnel Governance Semester at SMK Negeri 2 Tuban declared eligible to be used as teaching materials.
