Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program praktek kerja lapangan (PKL) pada kurikulum merdeka di SMKN 1 Driyorejo dan SMKN 1 Duduksampeyan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, penelitian studi multi situs, dan desain penelitian evaluasi program model CIPP (context, input, process, dan product). Tempat penelitian di SMKN 1 Driyorejo dan SMKN 1 Duduksampeyan. Informan dalam penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, waka humas, Instruktur PKL, guru pembimbing, wali murid dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknis analisis data dengan kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi (simpulan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) evaluasi context ditinjau dari kebijakan program dan lingkungan telah memenuhi standart dan berjalan dengan baik, 2) evaluasi input ditinjau dari pemetaan dan rekrutmen peserta didik, pemilihan guru pembimbing, kurikulum, sarana dan prasarana, dan pembiayaan telah memenuhi standart dan berjalan dengan cukup baik, 3) evaluasi process ditinjau dari lama program dan pelaksanaan praktek kerja lapangan telah memenuhi standart dan berjalan dengan baik, 4) evaluasi product ditinjau dari nilai PKL dan sertifikat PKL yang didapatkan oleh peserta didik telah memenuhi standart dan berjalan dengan baik.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan pada Kurikulum Merdeka di SMKN 1 Driyorejo dan SMKN 1 Duduksampeyan secara keseluruhan telah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai standar.

This study aims to evaluate Field Work Practices (FWP) programme in the independent curriculum at SMKN 1 Driyorejo and SMKN 1 Duduksampeyan.
This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods, multi-site study research, and CIPP (context, input, process, and product) model programme evaluation research design. The research took place at SMKN 1 Driyorejo and SMKN 1 Duduksampeyan. The informants in the study were the principal, head of public relations, PKL instructor, supervising teacher, students, and student guardians. Data collection techniques in this study used participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. While data analysis techniques with data condensation, data presentation, and verification (conclusions). The results of this study indicate that 1) context evaluation in terms of programme policy and environment has met the standards and is running well, 2) input evaluation in terms of mapping and recruitment of students, selection of supervising teachers, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, and financing has met the standards and is running quite well, 3) process evaluation in terms of the length of the programme and the process of implementing field work practices has met the standards and is running well, 4) product evaluation in terms of grades and certificates obtained by students has met the standards and is running well.
Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the Implementation of Field Work Practices (FWP) in the Independent Curriculum at SMKN 1 Driyorejo and SMKN 1 Duduksampeyan as a whole has run well and according to standards.
