Influences Environmental  Work and Work Life Balance of The Performance of Employees: Literature Study

Penelitian ini adalah studi literatur yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada 32 studi empiris dari jurnal nasional dan internasional. Data yang dikumpulkan dari penelitian sebelumnya dengan menggunakan metode mesin pencari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan positif antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil selanjutnya juga menunjukkan hubungan positif antara work-life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan. 

A literature review of this research is to uncover the environmental influences of work and work-life balance on the performance of .This study is based on 32 empirical studies from the journal national and international .The data collected from previous studies by using the method search engine .The research results show a positive relationship between work environment of the performance of employees .The results of the next also show a positive relationship between work-life balance on the performance of employees .
