ANALISA MODEL SIRKULASI TERMINAL DAN FASILITAS PENUNJANG BAGI WANITA, LANSIA DAN DIFABEL DI TERMINAL PURABAYA

ANALYSIS OF THE TERMINAL CIRCULATION MODEL AND SUPPORTING FACILITIES FOR WOMEN, THE ELDERLY, AND THE DISABLED AT PURABAYA TERMINA

Terminal Purabaya merupakan fasilitas publik yang digunakan oleh seluruh masyarakat. Maka dalam penyediaan terminal perlu memperhatikan hak pelayanan seluruh pengguna, terutama bagi pengguna dengan kondisi tertentu, seperti ibu hamil, wanita yang membawa bayi, lansia, dan difabel yang memiliki keterbatasan mobilitas dalam kegiatan tertentu. Oleh karena itu, Terminal Purabaya harus memperhatikan pola pergerakan penumpang wanita hamil, wanita membawa bayi, lansia dan difabel dalam membuat model sirkulasi terminal, serta memberikan fasilitas kesetaraan untuk memenuhi hak penumpang dengan kondisi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa model sirkulasi dan fasilitas penunjang bagi wanita, lansia, dan difabel untuk mengetahui apakah model sirkulasi dan fasilitas penunjang yang disediakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perempuan, lansia, dan difabel. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi dilapangan dan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan metode purposive sampling kepada pengguna Terminal Purabaya dengan kriteria wanita hamil,wanita yang membawa bayi, lansia, dan penyandang disabilitas. Dari hasil kuisioner dan observasi di lapangan, fasilitas yang disediakan belum memadai dan juga kurangnya akses khusus bagi wanita, lansia, dan difabel dalam melakukan pergerakan di terminal. Sehingga perlu penambahan fasilitas untuk melengkapi fasilitas kesetaraan yang disediakan oleh Terminal Purabaya dan juga membuat akses khusus di terminal untuk memberikan prioritas dan hak yang sama bagi wanita hamil, wanita yang membawa bayi, lansia, dan difabel. Sehingga wanita hamil, wanita yang membawa bayi, lansia, dan difabel merasa nyaman dan aman selama berada di Terminal Purabaya.

Purabaya Terminal is a public facility that is used by the entire community. Therefore, in the provision of terminals, it is necessary to pay attention to the service rights of all users, especially for users with certain conditions, such as pregnant women, women carrying babies, the elderly, and people with disabilities who have limited mobility in certain activities. Therefore, Purabaya Terminal must pay attention to the movement patterns of pregnant women, women carrying babies, the elderly, and the disabled in making the terminal circulation model, as well as providing equal facilities to fulfill the rights of passengers with these conditions. This study aims to analyze the circulation model and supporting facilities for women, the elderly, and the disabled to find out whether the circulation model and supporting facilities provided are following the needs of women, the elderly, and the disabled. Methods of collecting data with field observations and distributing questionnaires using the purposive sampling method to users of Purabaya Terminal with criteria for pregnant women, women carrying babies, the elderly, and people with disabilities. From the results of questionnaires and observations in the field, the facilities provided are inadequate and there is also a lack of special access for women, the elderly, and people with disabilities in carrying out movements in the terminal. So it is necessary to add facilities to complement the equality facilities provided by the Purabaya Terminal and also make special access at the terminal to provide equal priority and rights for pregnant women, women carrying babies, the elderly, and people with disabilities. So that pregnant woman, women carrying babies, the elderly, and people with disabilities feel comfortable and safe while at Purabaya Terminal.
