Pengembangan Desain Prototipe Senam Happy Blind Untuk Murid Disabilitas Netra Di SLB
Pembelajaran PJOK di SLB masih menggunakan senam umum (senam ceria) yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa tunanetra. Keterbatasan media dan instruksi gerakan yang belum terstruktur menyebabkan siswa kesulitan mengikuti senam. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan serta kepraktisan desain prototipe Senam Happy Blind bagi siswa tunanetra di SLB A-Aisyiyah Ponorogo sebagai alternatif pembelajaran PJOK yang adaptif. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 5 siswa tunanetra jenjang SMPLB dan SMALB. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket validasi ahli senam, ahli media, dan angket respon siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan skala Likert 1–5 yang dikonversi ke dalam bentuk persentase dan kategori kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi ahli senam memperoleh skor 72% (layak) dan ahli media 80% (layak). Hasil uji kepraktisan menunjukkan rata-rata skor 4,76 yang termasuk kategori sangat praktis. Dengan demikian, desain prototipe Senam Happy Blind dinyatakan layak dan sangat praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran PJOK bagi siswa tunanetra di SLB.
Physical Education (PJOK) learning in Special Schools (SLB) still uses general gymnastics programs (such as Senam Ceria) that are not fully adapted to the characteristics of visually impaired students. The limited availability of appropriate learning media and the lack of structured movement instructions cause students to have difficulty following the exercises properly. This study aimed to develop and examine the feasibility and practicality of the Happy blind Gymnastics prototype design for visually impaired students at SLB A-Aisyiyah Ponorogo as an adaptive Physical Education learning alternative. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research subjects were five visually impaired students at the junior and senior secondary special school levels. Data were collected through validation questionnaires from gymnastics experts, media experts, and student response questionnaires in a small-group trial. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques with a 1–5 Likert scale converted into percentages and qualitative categories. The results showed that the validation score from the gymnastics expert was 72% (feasible) and the media expert 80% (feasible)). The practicality test obtained an average score of 4.76, categorized as very practical. Therefore, the Happy blind Gymnastics prototype is considered feasible and highly practical for use in Physical Education learning for visually impaired students in special schools.
