EFEKTIVITAS MEDIA INTERNAL FLYER TERHADAP TINGKAT PEMAHAMAN KARYAWAN PT SEMEN INDONESIA (PERSERO) Tbk.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif media internal flyer terhadap tingkat pemahaman karyawan PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian yaitu survei. Instrument penelitian yaitu kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh karyawan PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. dan didapatkan sebanyak 150 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas product moment dan uji reliabilitas teknik Alpha Cronbach. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dalam pengujian hipotesis penelitian efektivitas media internal flyer terhadap tingkat pemahaman karyawan PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. dinyatakan efektif. Hasil efektivitas didapatkan pada indikator completeness sebesar 79,8%, conciseness sebesar 78,6%, consideration sebesar 78%, concreteness sebesar 78,4%, courtesy sebesar 83,5%, clearness sebesar 80,2%, dan correctness sebesar 79,9%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media internal flyer adalah media komunikasi yang tepat digunakan oleh PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. untuk menyampaikan informasi dan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman karyawan terkait pembelajaran internal.
This study aims to find out how effective the internal flyer media is on the level of understanding of employees of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The research instrument is a questionnaire distributed to all employees of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. and obtained 150 respondents. The validity test in this research was analyzed using the product moment and the reliability test used Alpha Cronbach technique. The results showed that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, so that in testing the research hypothesis the effectiveness of internal flyer media on the level of understanding of employees of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. declared effective. The effectiveness results were obtained on indicators of completeness of 79.8%, conciseness of 78.6%, consideration of 78%, concreteness of 78.4%, courtesy of 83.5%, clearness of 80.2%, and correctness of 79.9%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the internal flyer media is the right communication media used by PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. to convey information and can improve employee understanding of internal learning.
