IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN TATAP MUKA DIMASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 2 LAMONGAN
IMPLEMENTATION OF FACE-TO-FACE LEARNING DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 2 LAMONGAN
Selama pandemi kebijakan disektor pendidikan sering kali mengalami perubahan, yang semula dilakukan dengan kebebasan tatap muka, beralih menjadi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) hingga Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas (PTMT). Dalam pelaksanaan PTMT terdapat 2 sistem pembelajaran yaitu dengan kapasitas 50% dan kapasitas 100% yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi level PPKM tiap daerah. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini yaitu penerapan PTMT 100% dilakukan sebelum adanya perintah, serta kurang ketaatan dalam penerapan prokes/ketentuan selama PTMT. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi PTM di MAN 2 Lamongan dimasa pandemi dan kesiapan fasilitas sekolah dalam penyelenggaran PTM dimasa pandemi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan (Milles dan Huberman). Fokus penelitian menggunakan 4 indikator menurut George Edward III meliputi komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran tatap muka berjalan dengan baik meskipun sering kali mengalami perubahan kebijakan pendidikan, yang diimbangi dengan sumber daya yang mendukung dalam penerapan PTMT. Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan PTMT yaitu sikap para implementor yang belum menunjukkan adanya kedisiplinan. Sedangkan hambatan yang dihadapi guru dan siswa terkait durasi jam belajar yang begitu singkat. Saran penelitian ini adalah 1. Guru memberikan materi tambahan bagi siswa, 2. Memberikan sanksi bagi pelanggar prokes/ketentuan PTMT, 3. Memperbarui sarana prasarana, 4. Memperbaiki prosedur dan manajemen PTMT

During pandemic politics, the education sector often experiences changes that were originally made in face-to-face freedom, such as the transition from distance learning (PJJ) to limited face-to-face learning (PTMT). There are two learning systems for PTMT implementation, 50% capacity and 100% capacity, which meet the requirements of the PPKM level in each region. The problem with this study is that PTMT performance is 100% pre-ordered and does not comply with the application of procedures / conditions during PTMT. The purpose of this study was to find out what the implementation of PTM at MAN 2 Lamongan was during a pandemic and whether school institutions were ready to implement a PTM during a pandemic. The study used a descriptive approach. The process of data collection was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data display, and inference (Milles and Huberman). This study focuses on four indicators by King Edward III: communication, resources, propensity, and employee structure. The results of the survey show that face-to-face learning is well implemented, although it is often affected by educational policy changes implemented in resources that support the implementation of PTMT. The challenge in implementing PTMT is the attitude of the implementer, who is not disciplined. On the other hand, the obstacles faced by teachers and students are related to short learning periods. The suggestions for this survey are: 1. Provide additional materials to students. 2. Provides sanctions for violators of PTMT Prokes / Regulations. 3. Update the infrastructure. Four.
