Fintech Reward Crowdfunding Implementation Strategy in Indonesia's Creative Economy Sector
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan hasil analisis Strengths, Weaknesses, opportunity, dan threats (SWOT) penerapan Financial Technology (Fintech) berbasis reward crowdfunding sebagai sumber pendanaan ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia. Reward crowdfunding merupakan sistem penggalangan dana berbasis hadiah yang dilakukan pelaku usaha melalui kampanye di platform crowdfunding, dimana investor dapat memberikan dana dengan jumlah relatif kecil dengan reward yang bersifat non-monetery. Metode penulisan menggunakan kajian pustaka dengan pendekatan analisis SWOT melalui analisis matriks internal strategic factor analysis summary (IFAS) dan external strategic factor analysis summary (EFAS). Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Fintech berbasis reward crowdfunding memiliki karakteristik yang sangat sesuai sebagai solusi akses pendanaan ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia. Simpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah agar penerapan Fintech reward crowdfunding di Indonesia dapat berjalan lancar, diperlukan peran aktif dari pihak-pihak yang terlibat seperti pelaku ekonomi kreatif, pendukung proyek, pemerintah, dan masyarakat.
This research aims to describe the results of the analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) on the application of reward crowdfunding-based Financial Technology (Fintech) as a source of funding for the creative economy in Indonesia. Reward crowdfunding is a prize-based fundraising system that is carried out by businesses through campaigns on the crowdfunding platform, where investors can provide relatively small amounts of funds with non-monetary rewards. The writing method uses a literature review with a SWOT analysis approach through matrix analysis of internal strategic factor analysis summary (IFAS) and external strategic factor analysis summary (EFAS). The results of this study note that crowdfunding reward-based Fintech has very suitable characteristics as a solution to access funding for the creative economy in Indonesia. The conclusions drawn from this research are that for the implementation of Fintech reward crowdfunding in Indonesia to run smoothly, it requires the active role of the parties involved, such as creative economy actors, project supporters, the government, and the community.
