DAMPAK COVID-19 TERHADAP PEMBINAAN USIA DINI SEKOLAH SEPAK BOLA DI KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO
THE IMPACT OF COVID-19 ON EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT FOR SOCCER SCHOOLS IN BOJONEGORO DISTRICT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak covid-19 terhadap proses perkembangan pembinaan sepakbola usia dini yang ada di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai refrensi untuk praktisi sepakbola maupunn akademisi dalam bidang olahraga sepakbola. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh peneliti. Observasi dilakukan melalui pengamatan terhadap proses pembinaan sepakbola usia dini di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, sedangkan wawancara dilakukan terhadap Wakil Ketua Askab PSSI Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Pelatih dan Siswa Sekolah Sepakbola. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu pengurus, pelatih dan siswa sekolah sepakbola masih memahami tentang Covid-19. Selama kurang lebih 6 bulan segala aktivitas yang berhubungan dengan pembinaan sepakbola usia dini di Sekolah Sepakbola dan Askab PSSI Kabupaten Bojonegoro dialihkan di rumah masing-masing dengan metode online. Program latihan di rumah yang diberikan oleh pelatih difokuskan pada kondisi kebugaran siswa dan keterampilan dasar siswa. Agar tetap terjaga proses pembinaan usia dini di Kabupaten Bojonegoro Askab mengambil langkah-langkah seperti mengadakan coaching clinic, bantuan perlengkapan, dan pembentukan tim usia 15, 17, dan 21 tahun. Pemasukan yang tidak ada mengakibatkan kurang terawatnya prasarana dan sarana yang ada di sekolah sepakbola. Selama pandemi Covid-19 turnamen usia dini tidak dapat digelar. Siswa mengalami penurunan pada psikologi dan keterampilan teknik dasar sepakbola akibat pandemi Covid-19. Pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Covid-19 memberikan dampak negatif pada proses pembinaan sepakbola usia dini di Kabupaten Bojonegoro.

This study aims to determine the impact of covid-19 on the development process of early childhood football coaching in Bojonegoro Regency. The results of this study can be used as a reference for football practitioners and academics. The method used in the study is descriptive qualitative research through understanding the phenomena of what the researcher is experiencing. The data are made through observations of the early childhood football coaching process in Bojonegoro Regency, while interviews are conducted with the Deputy Chairperson of the Askab PSSI, Bojonegoro Regency, Football School Trainers and Students. The result shows that football school administrators, coaches, and students are understand and still perform Covid-19 health protocols. Even after, approximately, 5 to 7 months all activities related to early childhood football coaching at the Soccer School and Askab PSSI Bojonegoro Regency are transferred to their respective homes through online learning. The home exercise program provided by the trainer focuses on the students' fitness condition and basic skills. In order to maintain the early childhood development process in Bojonegoro Regency, Askab takes steps such as holding a coaching clinic, equipment assistance, licensing C3 football referees, and forming teams of 15,17 and 21 years old. Nevertheless, the non-existent income results in poorly maintained infrastructure and facilities at the football school. Moreover, during this pandemic, early childhood tournaments cannot be held and, also, students have experienced a decline in basic football psychology and technical skills due to the issue of Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, it can be concluded that Covid-19 has a negative impact on the early childhood football coaching process in Bojonegoro Regency.
