Studi Literatur Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Tipe Talking Stick Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa di SMK
Proses pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat dan sesuai karakteristik terhadap suatu mata pelajaran juga dapat memberikan semangat peserta didik dalam belajar sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka. Model pembelajaran tipe talking stick merupakan salah satu contoh model pembelajaran inovatif yang dalam penerapannya, peserta didik ikut aktif dalam proses pembelajarannya. Peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dididik menjadi lulusan yang handal, berjiwa aktif dan bertanggung jawab. Hal tersebut selaras dengan tujuan penggunaan model pembelajaran ini. Penelitian tentang penerapan model pembelajaran tipe talking stick di SMK menggunakan data sekunder dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis isi. Data penelitian yang didapatkan sebanyak 16 sumber bacaan yang terdiri dari 12 artikel penelitian dan 4 skripsi yang diperoleh melalui media elektronik. Hasil analisis menyebutkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran tipe talking stick mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik dengan presentase rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 20,09% dengan peningkatan terbesar ialah 51,98%. Selain itu, penerapan model pembelajaran ini juga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas belajar dengan presentase rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 12,51% dengan peningkatan terbesar ialah 17,65%. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran tipe talking stick berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar serta efektivitas belajar peserta didik di SMK.

Abstract
Learning process affects for students learning outcome. The right choice for learning model and accordance with caracteristic of learning can also incrase student’s learning motivation and improve their learning outcomes. Talking stick learning model is example of innovative learning model in which in its application, students are actively involved in the learning process. Students in Vocational High School (SMK) are educated to become reliable, active and responsible graduated. This is accordance with purpose of using this learning model. Research on the talking stick learning model in vocational school uses exixting data and analyzed using content analysis. Research data obtained were 16 reading sources, consisting of 12 research articles and 4 thesis obtained through electronic media. Result of this study stated that application of talking stick type of learning model was able to improve student learning outcomes with an avarage percentage increase 20.09% with the largest increase being 51.98%. beside that, the application of this learning model is also abke to increase the effevtivenes of student’s learning with an avarage percentage increase of 12.51% with the largest increase being 17.65%. From the result, it can be concluded that the application of talking stick type learning model is affected to student learning outcomes as well as the effectiveness of learning in vocational school.
