Penelitian ini membahas rendahnya capaian nilai peserta didik SMK Negeri 2 Jombang pada materi sulaman putih, di bawah KKM 85, akibat metode pembelajaran yang kurang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) dan pencapaian hasil belajar pada kompetensi Sulaman Putih serta menganalisis respon peserta didik terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada kompetensi Sulaman Putih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimen kuantitatif dengan desain One-Shot Case Study. Siswa dibagi dalam beberapa kelompok belajar dan diberikan perlakuan, kemudian hasilnya diobservasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar observasi, lembar hasil belajar siswa, dan angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Project-Based Learning pada materi sulaman putih memiliki kualitas sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 3,45. Hasil tes kognitif menunjukkan rata-rata skor 90 dengan tingkat ketuntasan 100%, sedangkan tes psikomotorik memperoleh rata-rata 87,33. Respon siswa sangat positif dengan skor 90, membuktikan efektivitas metode ini dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman.Penerapan Project-Based Learning pada materi sulaman putih di SMK Negeri 2 Jombang menunjukkan kualitas sangat baik (3,45). Hasil belajar siswa mencapai ketuntasan 100% dengan rata-rata skor 90. (kognitif) dan 87,33 (psikomotorik), melampaui KKM. Respon siswa sangat positif (98%), membuktikan metode ini efektif meningkatkan keterlibatan, pemahaman, dan keterampilan.

This research discusses the low academic achievement of students at SMK Negeri 2 Jombang in the White Embroidery material, with scores falling below the Minimum Competency Criteria (KKM) of 85, due to ineffective learning methods. The aim of this study is to describe the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model and the learning outcomes in the White Embroidery competency, as well as to analyze students’ responses to the implementation of the PjBL model in this competency. This study employs a quantitative pre-experimental method with a One-Shot Case Study design. Students were divided into several learning groups and given treatment, after which the results were observed. Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. Research instruments included observation sheets, student learning outcome sheets, and student response questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of Project-Based Learning in the White Embroidery material demonstrated very good quality with an average score of 3.45. Cognitive test results showed an average score of 90 with a 100% mastery level, while the psychomotor test achieved an average score of 87.33. Student responses were highly positive, with a score of 90, indicating the effectiveness of this method in enhancing engagement and understanding. The application of Project-Based Learning in the White Embroidery material at SMK Negeri 2 Jombang demonstrated very good quality (3.45). Students’ learning outcomes reached 100% mastery with average scores of 90 (cognitive) and 87.33 (psychomotor), exceeding the KKM. Student responses were very positive (98%), confirming the effectiveness of this method in improving engagement, understanding, and skills.
