The widespread use of software as a means to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization's operations makes software development common and often implemented by organizations. TheOtban III Office has a software named MV5PAS which is used for the company's operational activities in the hope of facilitating services to the community. Software quality is something that must be considered by the organization so that the software can continue to run optimally and have satisfactory performance.
This research aims to evaluate the quality of MV5PAS software owned by the Otban III Office. There is a standard/model used to measure the quality of a software, in this study the FURPS model is used as an analysis model, FURPS is used as a testing model because this model has proven its quality and has flexibility in its testing methods. There are 5 characteristics that can be used to measure the quality of a software, namely Reliability, usability, performance, functionality, and Supportabiliy. The test method used is using a questionnaire with 25 respondents for functionality and usability characteristics, using the GTMetrix web testing tool for performance characteristics and the WAPT V.10.1 application for reliability characteristics and using OS and browser tests on several types of devices.
Based on the test results, the MV5PAS software is good and meets the FURPS model, fulfilling the standards for four characteristics: functionality with a score of 0,983 (0 ≤ X ≤ 1), reliability with a value of R = 0.982, usability with a score of 80,21, and supportability with successful application operation on several devices with different OS and browsers. Meanwhile, for the characteristics performance, improvements and quality enhancements are needed as the result of "D" rating on the GTMetrix Grade.
