Classroom Action Research is based on the low activity of students, learning outcomes, and student responses to conventional learning models. The objectives of this study include (1) knowing the learning outcomes of TKR class XII students in Automotive Electrical subjects using modules with the Cooperative Individualization (TAI) type of cooperative learning model, and (2) knowing how students respond to Automotive Electrical subjects against cooperative learning model Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type.
This research is a Class Action Research (PTK) type TAI cooperative learning model, the research subjects were students of class XII TKR SMK Raden Patah, which numbered 26 students and the object of research in the form of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) cooperative learning models. The variables in this study are student learning outcomes, student responses. Data collection techniques used were tests, observations, and questionnaires that were applied in the form of research instruments.
The results of the study were to improve the cognitive learning outcomes of students in the first cycle of 69.23% and in the second cycle of 80.76%. And the response of students to the team assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model was 79.32%.
