the preparation of Job Analysis based on Tuban Regent Regulation Number 79 of
2022 concerning Guidelines for Job Analysis and Workload Analysis in the
Government of Tuban Regency. This study discusses changes in regulations
regarding the nomenclature of executor positions so that all OPD (Regional
Apparatus Organizations) are required to follow these changes by rearranging Job
Analysis for new positions. Apart from that, the background behind the preparation
of the latest Position Analysis was for executor positions in order to disburse TPP
(Additional Employee Income) funds.
In this study, researchers used theory on regulations, namely Bureaucratic
Reform, State Civil Apparatus, State Civil Apparatus Management and Position
Analysis at Tuban Regency Regulation Number 79 of 2022. In this case the
researchers used a research focus on Job Analysis based on the guidelines, namely
the 2022 Tuban Regency Regulation. This research is a descriptive research with
qualitative methods to describe or provide an overview of the object under study
based on data obtained using survey methods, interviews, and case studies.
The results of this final project research implementation of the preparation
of job analysis carried out with the preparatory stage by carrying out coordination
with resource persons and the job analysis preparation team to find out the next
stage to be carried out. The collection of job data includes the implementation of a
job analysis desk which is attended by all OPDs in Tuban Regency. Position data
processing is carried out in a structured manner using guidelines and the
preparation of job maps is carried out after the implementation of the job analysis
desk is complete. Position verification is carried out by re-checking the E-Anjab Abk Simona Ministry of Home Affairs application and determining the results of
the job analysis carried out for the issuance of a decision letter.
The suggestions put forward to carry out the preparation of job analysis are
to determine standardization for preparing job specifications, then recruiting
employees who understand information systems to improve job analysis data
storage.
