Pengembangan media pembelajaran menerapkan teknologi modern untuk tingkatkan mutu pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran iSpring Suite 9 berbasis Android untuk mata pelajaran Pekerjaan Dasar Teknik Otomotif di kelas X TKR SMK Negeri 3 Surabaya.
Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yang mengikuti Model ADDIE dengan tahapan Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, lembar validasi oleh ahli, serta tes sebelum dan setelah penerapan media pembelajaran.
Hasil penelitian, berdasarkan kelayakan media pembelajaran iSpring Suite 9 menunjukan media tersebut sangat layak digunakan dengan rata-rata skor 3,84. Peningkatan N-Gain Score pada tes siswa menegaskan efektivitas media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar di mata pelajaran Pekerjaan Dasar Teknik Otomotif.

Learning media development applies modern technology to improve the quality of education. The aim of this research is to develop Android-based iSpring Suite 9 learning media for the Automotive Engineering Basic Work subject in class X TKR SMK Negeri 3 Surabaya.
This research is a type of research and development (R&D) that follows the ADDIE Model with the stages of Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. Data was collected through observation, validation sheets by experts, as well as tests before and after implementing learning media.
The research results, based on the suitability of the iSpring Suite 9 learning media, show that the media is very suitable for use with an average score of 3.84. The increase in N-Gain Score on student tests confirms the effectiveness of learning media in improving learning outcomes in the Automotive Engineering Basic Work subject.
