KEPEMIMPINAN POSITIF KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MEWUJUDKAN TEACHER WELL-BEING
Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini menguraikan terhadap pentingnya kepemimpinan positif kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan teacher well-being. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian dengan tata letak kajian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review dengan PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis) dari artikel yang terbit pada tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2021. Data yang didapat dikaji dengan teks analysis dan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat dari penggunaan metode systematic literature review menunjukan bahwa upaya kepemimpinan positif kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan teacher well-being adalah dengan memberikan apresiasi, intensif baik berupa loyalitas maupun rasa tanggung jawab. Kepemimpinan positif kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan teacher well-being dipengaruhi beberapa faktor, diantaranya (1) perilaku pimpinan, (2) adanya pelatihan, (3) dorongan positif, (4) paham akan tugasnya, (5) adanya sistem penghargaan, (6) adanya penilaian, dan (7) adanya motivasi. Teacher well-being memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada kinerja tenaga pengajar dalam mendorong peningkatan kualitasnya karena kesejahteraan individu memungkingkan peningkatan kinerja atas terpenuhinya kebutuhan yang memunculkan kepuasan setelah menyelesaikan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya.

This research describe the importance of positive leadership by principals in realizing teacher well-being. This research use qualitative approach with the layout of the study using the Systematic Literature Review method with PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis) from articles published in 2017 to 2021. The data obtained were analyzed using text analysis and then analyzed. using content analysis techniques. Based on the results obtained from the use of a systematic literature review method, it shows that the principal's positive leadership efforts in realizing teacher well-being are by giving appreciation, incentives both in the form of loyalty and a sense of responsibility. The principal's positive leadership in realizing teacher well-being is influenced by several factors, including (1) leadership behavior, (2) training, (3) positive encouragement, (4) understanding of their duties, (5) the existence of a reward system, (6) the existence of an assessment, and (7) the existence of motivation. Teacher well-being is one that influences teacher performance in improving its quality because the more prosperous a person is, the higher the possibility to improve his performance and the fulfillment of various kinds of human needs, which will lead to satisfaction in carrying out any task.
