The limited availability of interactive visualization media in conveying tourism transportation information in West Papua has become a challenge in attracting the interest and understanding of potential users. This study implements augmented reality (AR) technology to present the design of the MV Kaswari Elok 87 ship in an interactive manner. The application was developed using Unity 3D and tested on Android devices Vivo V20 and Poco F3. The testing focused on end-to-end latency, which refers to the time delay between marker detection and the appearance of the AR object. The results showed that the Vivo V20 recorded an average latency of 32.72 milliseconds for distance variation and 33.55 milliseconds for angle variation, while the Poco F3 recorded an average latency of 31.95 milliseconds for distance variation and 33.55 milliseconds for angle variation. Both devices maintained a stable frame rate ranging from 29 to 31 FPS and achieved a marker detection accuracy of 100 percent. The system demonstrated stable and responsive performance, making it suitable as an interactive visualization medium for promoting tourism transportation.
