PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN HASIL BELAJAR PPKN BERBASIS GOOGLE FORM KELAS IV SDN KOMPLEK KENJERAN II
DEVELOPMENT OF STUDY OUTCOME ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENTS FOR PPKN BASED ON GOOGLE FORM CLASS IV SDN KOMPLEK KENJERAN II
Pandemi Covid-19 membawa perubahan yang luar biasa. Perubahan terjadi dalam berbagai hal. Untuk menyiasati pelaksanaan pembelajaran di era pademi saat ini, maka pemerintah mengambil kebijakan dengan tetap melaksanakan pembelajaran tetapi tidak secara langsung (tatap muka). Pembelajaran dilakukan secara jarak jauh dengan model dalam jaringan (DARING). Berdasarkan data hasil evaluasi PPKn siswa yang memperoleh hasil rata–rata hanya 57,9. Hal tersebut dilihat dari siswa yang tuntas belajar hanya 11 dari 21 siswa. Jika dipersentase hanya mencapai 52,4% dari tingkat ketuntasan, sementara yang diharapkan 85%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pengembangan, tingkat kelayakan, dan respon guru terhadap instrument penilaian hasil belajar ppkn berbasis google form pada materi Pancasila siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan R & D (Research and Development). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dimana setiap siklusnya dilakukan dalam 1 kali pertemuan. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Sedangkan untuk megumpulkan data penelitian menggunakan wawancara dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian aktivitas guru pada siklus I diperoleh hasil sebesar 87,5% dan pada siklus II memperoleh 93,8%. Sedangkan pada aktivitas siswa di siklus I hasil yang diperoleh sebesar 70% dan pada siklus II sebesar 95%. Berdasarkan hasil tes siswa diperoleh persentase ketuntasan klasikal siswa pada siklus I sebesar 52,4% dan persentase pada siklus II sebesar 85,7%. Dari hasil perolehan persentase pembelajaran PPKn secara DARING melalui aplikasi Google Form dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar PPKn siswa kelas IV SDN Konplek Kenjeran II/506 Surabaya dapat meningkat.

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought about extraordinary changes. Change occurs in many ways. To anticipate the implementation of learning in the current pandemic era, the government takes a policy by continuing to carry out learning but not directly (face to face). Learning is done remotely with an online model (DARING). Based on the results of the PPKN evaluation data, students who obtained an average result were only 57.9. This can be seen from the students who finished studying only 11 out of 21 student.. If the percentage only reached 52.4% of the level of completeness, while the expected 85%. The purpose of this study was to describe the development, feasibility level, and teacher response to the Google Form-based Civics Learning Outcome Assessment instrument on Pancasila material for fourth grade elementary school students. Researchers use the type of research development R & D (Research and Development). This research was carried out in two cycles where each cycle was carried out in 1 meeting. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Meanwhile, to collect research data using interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of the teacher activity research in the first cycle, the results were 87.5% and in the second cycle it was 93.8%. While the student activities in the first cycle the results obtained were 70% and in the second cycle 95%. Based on the results of student tests, the percentage of classical completeness of students in the first cycle was 52.4% and the percentage in the second cycle was 85.7%. From the results of the acquisition of the percentage of Civics learning online through the Google Form application, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of Civics for fourth grade students at SDN Konplek Kenjeran II/506 Surabaya can increase.
