Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fisik yang dimiliki oleh atlet Taekwondo Puslatda Jawa Timur. Komponen yang diteliti untuk fisik meliputi: kekuatan, kelentukan, kecepatan, daya ledak, daya tahan, kelincahan, konsentrasi, dan reaksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dan atlet Taekwondo Puslatda Jawa Timur merupakan subjek dalam penelitian ini. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kekuatan menggunakan sit up, 3 RM single squad, Russian twist, superman back hold, 3 RM clean and press, hamstring, dan plank; tes kelentukan menggunakan ankle flexibility, upper body flexibility, sit and reach, overhead leg touch; tes kecepatan menggunakan 20-meter sprint; tes daya ledak menggunakan triple jump; tes daya tahan menggunakan beep test; tes kelincahan menggunakan squat jump; dan tes konsentrasi menggunakan juggling 3 balls.
Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata (mean) masing-masing butir tes fisik yang dilakukan adalah sebagai berikut: tes kekuatan menggunakan sit ups 38.6 kali, 3 RM single leg squad right (kyorugi male) 7.3 kg, 3 RM single leg squad left (kyorugi male) 7.6 kg, 3 RM single leg squad right (kyorugi female) 3.3 kg, 3 RM single leg squad left (kyorugi female) 3.3 kg, 3 RM single leg squad right (poomsae male) 11.3 kg, 3 RM single leg squad left (poomsae male) 11.3 kg, 3 RM single leg squad right (poomsae female) 3.7 kg, 3 RM single leg squad left (poomsae female) 3.7 kg, russian twist 12.0 secs, superman beck hold 60 secs, 3 RM clean and press 3 kali, hamstring 2.0, plank front 118 secs, plank right 58.5 secs, plank left 60 secs; tes kelentukan menggunakan ankle flexibility right 16.0 cm, ankle flexibility left 16.2 cm, upper body flexibility left -1.1 cm, upper body flexibility right 0, upper body flexibility back -4.1 cm, sit and reach 23.5 cm, overhead leg touch right -5.2 cm, overhead leg touch left -5.6 cm; tes kecepatan menggunakan 20-meter sprint (male) 3.0 sec, 20-meter sprint (female) 3.5 sec; tes daya ledak menggunakan triple jump (male) 6.8 m, triple jump (female) 4.5 m; tes daya tahan menggunakan beeb test (kyorugi male) level 8.8, beeb test (kyorugi female) level 7.5, beeb test (poomsae male) level 9.2, beeb test (poomsae female) level 6; tes kelincahan menggunakan squat jump 23.3 kali; dan tes konsentrasi menggunakan juggling 3 balls 2.7 secs.

This research aims to confirm the physical that is owned Taekwondo athletes of East Java Regional Training Center. Research on the physical components include: strength, flexibility, speed, explosive power, endurance, agility, concentration and reaction. The method of this research is a quantitative by using a descriptive approach, along with Taekwondo athletes of East Java Regional Training Center as the subject of this research. The instruments are strength tests using sit up, 3 RM single squad, Russian twist, superman back hold, 3 RM clean and press, hamstring, and plank; flexibility tests using ankle flexibility, upper body flexibility, sit and reach, overhead leg touch; speed test using a 20-meter sprint; explosive power test using triple jump; endurance test using beep test; agility test using a squat jump; and concentration tests using juggling 3 balls.
The results of the research obtained mean value of each physical test item are as follows: strength tests using sit ups 38.6 times, 3 RM single leg squad right (kyorugi male) 7.3 kg, 3 RM single leg squad left (kyorugi male) 7.6 kg, 3 RM single leg squad right (kyorugi female) 3.3 kg, 3 RM single leg squad left (kyorugi female) 3.3 kg, 3 RM single leg squad right (poomsae male) 11.3 kg, 3 RM single leg squad left (poomsae male) 11.3 kg, 3 RM single leg squad right (poomsae female) 3.7 kg, 3 RM single leg squad left (poomsae female) 3.7 kg, Russian twist 12.0 secs, superman beck hold 60 secs, 3 RM clean and press 3 times, hamstring 2.0, plank front 118 secs, plank right 58.5 secs, plank left 60 secs; flexibility tests using ankle flexibility right 16.0 cm, ankle flexibility left 16.2 cm, upper body flexibility left -1.1 cm, upper body flexibility right 0, upper body flexibility back -4.1 cm, sit and reach 23.5 cm, overhead leg touch right -5.2 cm, overhead leg touch left -5.6 cm; speed test using 20-meter sprint (male) 3.0 sec, 20-meter sprint (female) 3.5 sec; explosive power test using triple jump (male) 6.8 m, triple jump (female) 4.5 m; endurance test using beeb test (kyorugi male) 8.8 levels, beeb test (kyorugi female) 7.5 levels, beeb test (poomsae male) 9.2 levels, beeb test (poomsae female) 6 levels; agility test using squat jump 23.3 times; and concentration tests using juggling 3 balls 2.7 secs.
