FUTURISTIC EVENING GOWN

     Gaun malam adalah busana pesta malam yang mewah sepanjang mata kaki atau hampir menyentuh lantai dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan yang istimewa. Bahan dalam pembuatan gaun malam terus berkembang seiring dengan berkembangnya dunia fashion. Salah satu inovasi yang menarik  adalah pembuatan gaun malam futuristik. Dalam pembuatan gaun malam futuristik, bahan yang di terapkan adalah lighting. Penerapan lighting mampu mengoptimalisasikan keindahan sebuah gaun malam, lighting berfungsi sebagai dekorasi sebuah gaun sehingga dapat memberikan kesan tersendiri. Selain itu, konsep penggunaan lighting memberikan sentuhan futuristik pada gaun malam baik dari segi penggunaan bahan maupun penampilan sebuah gaun malam. Salah satu pemilihan lighting yang cocok adalah jenis LED strip yang dapat di koreografikan sesuai dengan sumber ide. Sumber ide untuk gaun malam ini adalah database network sebagai salah satu kecanggihan teknologi. Dari sumber ide database network ini memunculkan sebuah ide gaun malam berbahan organdi yang memiliki karakteristik transparant dengan penerapan lighting pada setiap garis hiasnya. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah yaitu untuk mengetahui bahan dan proses sebuah gaun malam futuristik, serta mengetahui hasil jadi sebuah gaun malam futuristik. Metode yang di terapkan dalam pembuatan gaun malam futuristik adalah metode penciptaan demgan kolaborasi antara tata busana dan elektro. Hasil perwujudan gaun malam futuristik dengan penerapan lighting menjadi salah satu inovasi terbaru. Koreografi dari lighting mampu menjadi pusat perhatian sehingga sangat efektif untuk menjadi hiasan sebuah gaun malam yang futuristik.

        An evening gown is a fancy evening party outfit along the ankles or almost touches the floor using special materials. Materials in making evening gown continue to develop along with the development of the fashion world. One interesting innovation is making futuristic evening gowns. In making futuristic evening gowns, the material applied is lighting. The application of lighting is able to optimize the beauty of an evening gown, lighting serves as the decoration of a gown so that it can give its own impression. In addition, the concept of using lighting gives a futuristic touch to an evening gown in terms of both the use of material and the appearance of an evening gown. One suitable lighting selection is the type of LED strip that can be choreographed according to the source of ideas. The source of ideas for this evening gown is a database network as a technological sophistication. From the source of this database network idea, an idea of ​​an evening gown made from organdy has transparent characteristics with the application of lighting on each of its decorative lines. The purpose of writing scientific papers is to find out the material and process of a futuristic evening gown, and to find out the outcome of a futuristic evening gown. The method applied in making futuristic evening gowns is method of creation with collaboration between fashion and electro. The results of the embodiment of a futuristic evening gown with the application of lighting became one of the latest innovations. Choreography of lighting can be the center of interest so it is very effective to be a decoration of a futuristic evening gown.
