Electrical energy is a necessary energy and the most important energy in everyday life. The development of electrical energy is always increasing all the time so it is necessary to build environmentally friendly power plants, because the large amount of dust, animals and pollution causes the solar panels to become dirty and the solar panels' ability to capture sunlight is reduced, so solar panel cleaning is needed. This research aims to increase the voltage on the solar panels, so that there is no decrease in the capability of the solar panels. The control and monitoring system uses ESP 32 as the controller as desired, ESP 32 also acts as a data sender via telegram. During 4 days of testing, results were obtained between panels using a solar panel cleaning system and those without, the solar panel cleaning system had an average value of 17.95V and panels without cleaning had an average value of 17.17V.
