Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh work life balance terhadap turnover intention melalui organizational commitment pada karyawan PT. Galang Kangin Logistik. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan disproportionate stratified random sampling dengan sampel 35 responden. Analisis statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan software SmartPLS 3.2.9.
Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Work life balance berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap organizational commitment. Organizational commitment terhadap turnover intention secara negatif dan signifikan berpengaruh. Organizational commitment mampu memediasi secara negatif work life balance terhadap turnover intention.
Implikasi penelitian menunjukkan organizational commitment menjadi peran penting dalam suatu permasalahan yang timbul. Perusahaan dapat memberikan suatu dorongan
dalam kesulitan pekerjaan terutama dalam manajemen waktu pada karyawan yang memiliki permasalahan. Selain itu, perusahaan harus menjaga rasa komitmen karyawan agar niat berpindah tidak lagi dirasakan karena kesempatan baik sudah didapatkan.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work family conflict on turnover intention through organizational commitment in employees of PT. Galang Kangin Logistik. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique used disproportionate stratified random sampling with a sample of 35 respondents. Statistical analysis in this study used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software.
The research results prove that work life balance has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Work life balance has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment is able to negatively mediate work life balance on turnover intention.
The research implication shows that organizational commitment plays an important role in a problem that arises. Companies can provide encouragement in work difficulties, especially in time management and counseling for employees who have problems. In addition, companies must maintain a sense of employee commitment so that the intention to move is no
longer felt because good opportunities have been obtained.
