Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran PJOK di SMAN I Karangan Trenggalek, yang meliputi: (1) Context: relevansi materi pembelajaran PJOK dengan kurikulum 2013; (2) Input: latar belakang guru dan sarana prasarana PJOK; (3) Process: pelaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK; dan (4) Product: hasil belajar peserta didik.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam (1985) dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuanlitatif. Subjek penelitian meliputi 4 guru pendidikan olahraga dan 129 peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September-November 2019. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan analisis dokumentasi, observasi, instrument angket. Data kuanlitatif dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Validitas instrument penelitian dilakukan menggunakan 3 expert judgement.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi Context, materi pembelajaran PJOK yang digunakan sudah relevan dengan kurikulum 2013, namun ada beberapa kebijakan guru terkait keterbatasan sekolah; (2) Hasil evaluasi Input: latar belakang guru adalah sarjana pendidikan (S1) jurusan PJKR dengan pengalaman mengajar minimal 4 tahun dan sarana prasarana PJOK menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 56% termasuk kategori baik; (3) Hasil evaluasi Process: pelaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK dalam kategori baik; dan (4) Product: hasil belajar peserta didik dalam kategori sangat baik.

This study aims to evaluate pyhsical education (PE) learning in SMAN I Karangan Trenggalek, which includes: (1) Context: the relevance of pyhsical education (PE) learning materials to the 2013 curriculum; (2) Input: teacher background and pyhsical education (PE) infrastructure; (3) Process: implementing pyhsical education (PE) learning; and (4) Product: student learning outcomes.
This research is an evaluation research using CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) developed by Stufflebeam (1985) using a quantitative descriptive approach. Research subjects included 4 pyhsical education (PE) teachers and 129 students. This research was conducted in September-November 2019. Data collection was carried out with documentation, observation, questionnaire instruments and interviews. Qualitative data were analyzed using descriptive techniques. The validity of the research instrument was carried out using 3 expert judgments.
The results showed (1) Based on the Context evaluation results, the learning materials used by pyhsical education (PE) were already relevant to the 2013 curriculum, but there were a number of policies from teachers regarding school limitations; (2) Evaluation results Input: the background of the teacher is a bachelor of education (S1) majoring in pyhsical education (PE) with a minimum of 4 years teaching experience and pyhsical education (PE) infrastructure shows a suitability level of 56% including the good category; (3) Process evaluation results: the implementation of pyhsical education (PE) learning is in good category; and (4) Product: student learning outcomes in the excellent category.
