PROFIL KONDISI FISIK ATLET PUTERA NASIONAL FLOORBALL INDONESIA DALAM PERSIAPAN SEA GAMES XXX PHILIPINES
PROFILE OF THE PHYSICAL CONDITION OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL FLOORBALL BOY ATHLETES IN THE PREPARATION OF THE XXX PHILIPPINES SEA GAMES
Kondisi fisik memiliki peranan yang penting dalam program latihan. Kondisi fisik sangat memegang peran penting dalam setiap melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari ataupun berolahraga maupun dalam bertanding. Floorball merupakan olahraga yang mirip dengan olahraga hoki indoor. Masing-masing tim diperkuat lima pemain dan satu penjaga gawang. Permainan floorball membutuhkan kondisi fisik yang optimal mengingat waktu pertandingan floorball yang cukup lama. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti meneliti tentang kondisi fisik atlet putera nasional sejumlah 15 orang pada cabang olagraga floorball dalam persiapan SEA Games yang di adakan di Filipina. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan sebelas item tes antara lain sprint 20 meter, shuttle run, squat, triple hop jump kanan dan kiri, push up, sit up, back up, wall squat kanan dan kiri dan bleep test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tes kecepatan menggunakan tes sprint memperoleh hasil rata-rata 2,8 detik dan tes shuttle run memperoleh hasil rata-rata 13,06 detik tegrolong dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”. Hasil tes squat memperoleh hasil rata-rata 107 kali dan tergolong dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”. Hasil tes three hop kanan memperoleh hasil rata-rata 7,07cm dan tes three hop kiri memperoleh hasil rata-rata 6,88cm dan tergolong dalam kategori “Kurang”. Hasil tes push up memperoleh hasil rata-rata 38 kali, tes sit up memperoleh hasil rata-rata 80 kali, tes back up memperoleh 106 kali, tes wall squad kanan memperoleh hasil rata-rata 88,24 detik dan tes wall squad kiri memperoleh hasil rata-rata 84,54 detik tergolong dalam kategori “Cukup Baik”. Hasil tes bleep memperoleh hasil rata-rata 52,25 ml/kg/min tergolong dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”.

Physical condition has an important role in the training program. Physical condition plays an important role in every daily activity or exercise or in competition. Floorball is a sport similar to indoor hockey. Each team is strengthened by five players and one goalkeeper. Floorball games require optimal physical condition considering the long time of floorball matches. In this study, researchers examined the physical condition of 15 national male athletes in the olagraga floorball branch in preparation for the SEA Games held in the Philippines. The research was conducted using eleven test items including 20-meter sprint, shuttle run, squat, right and left triple hop jump, push ups, sit ups, back ups, right and left wall squats and bleep tests. The results of this study showed that speed tests using sprint tests obtained an average result of 2.8 seconds and shuttle run tests obtained an average result of 13.06 seconds tegrolong in the category "Excellent". Squat test results received an average of 107 times and fall into the category of "Excellent". The right three hop test result obtained an average result of 7.07cm and the left three hop test obtained an average result of 6.88cm and belonged to the category "Less". Push up test results obtained an average of 38 times, sit up tests obtained an average of 80 times, back up tests obtained 106 times, right wall squad tests obtained an average result of 88.24 seconds and the left wall squad test obtained an average result of 84.54 seconds classified as "Good Enough" category. Bleep test results obtained an average result of 52.25 ml/kg/min classified as "Excellent".
