Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran papan permainan ludo pada kompetensi dasar Menganalisis Personil Administrasi kelas X OTKP di SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya, mengetahui kelayakan media tersebut ditinjau berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi dan ahli media, mengetahui respon siswa serta melihat peningkatan hasil belajar.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) mengacu pada model 4D yang disarankan oleh Thiagarajan, Semmel, dan Semmel yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu define, design, develop dan disseminate. Subjek uji coba berjumlah 20 siswa kelas X OTKP 2 SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan media pembelajaran papan permainan ludo terdiri dari papan permainan ludo, kartu (quiz card dan bonus card), pion dan dadu serta buku panduan yang disesuaikan dengan kompetensi dasar Menganalisis Personil Administrasi. Media yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran diperoleh dari persentase penilaian ahli materi sebesar 91,25% dengan interpretasi sangat kuat dan ahli media sebesar 96,7% dengan interpretasi sangat kuat. Sedangkan hasil respon siswa melalui uji coba terbatas diperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 87,8 % dengan interpretasi sangat kuat. Hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dilihat dari perolehan skor gain 0,5 dengan interpretasi tinggi. Dengan demikian, media papan permainan ludo pada kompetensi dasar Menganalisis Personil Administrasi layak digunakan dalam proses Pembelajaran di kelas X OTKP SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya.

he results showed that the development of the ludo board learning media consisted of a ludo board, a card (quiz card and bonus card), pawns and dice as well as a guidebook tailored to the basic competencies of Analyzing Administrative Personnel. The media developed included in the category worthy of being used as learning media obtained from the percentage of material experts' evaluation of 91.25% with very strong interpretations and media experts at 96.7% with very strong interpretations. While the results of student responses through limited trials obtained a percentage value of 87.8% with very strong interpretations. Student learning result have increased in terms of gain gain score 0.5 with high interpretation. Thus, ludo board media on basic competencies Analyzing Administrative Personnel is feasible to be used in the Learning process in class X OTKP of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya.
