Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pendekatan kontekstual berorientasi budaya lokal terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa kelas V sekolah dasar dan menganalisis pengaruh pendekatan kontekstual berorientasi budaya lokal terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan eksperimen dengan desain pretest posttest control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui lembar pengamatan keterampilan sosial dan tes hasil belajar. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, pendekatan kontekstual berorientasi budaya lokal berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan sosial, hal ini berdasarkan nilai thitung sebesar 2,128(2,128>2,002) dan dan hasil sig. 2 tailed senilai 0,038 (0,038<0,05). Kedua, pendekatan kontekstual berorientasi budaya lokal berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar, hal ini berdasarkan nilai hasil belajar nilai thitung sebesar 3,082 (3,082>2,002) dan dan hasil sig. 2 tailed senilai 0,003 (0,003<0,05). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan kontesktual berorientasi budaya lokal berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan sosial dan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan.
This research aims to examine the influence of local culture oriented contextual approach towards social skills of primary school fifth grade students and analyze the influence of local culture oriented contextual approach towards learning result of primary school fifth grade students. This research is an experimental research design with pretest posttest control group design. The technique of collecting data through observation sheets social skiil and test learning result. Data were analyzed using normality test, homogeneity and hypothesis testing using t test. The results showed that: First, the local culture oriented contextual approach affects the social skill, it is based on the value of tcount of 2.128 (2.128> 2, 002) and and the results sig. 2 tailed worth 0.038 (0.038 <0.05). Second, local culture oriented contextual approach influential towards learning result, it is based on the value of learning result tcount of 3,082 (3,082> 2,002) and and the results sig. 2 tailed worth 0.003 (0.003 <0.05). Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the local culture oriented contextual approach influence to the social skills and student learning result significantly.
