There are several problems, namely: (1)
the existence of student learning outcomes that are still below the minimum
completeness criteria (KKM); (2) the creativity of some educators is still not
skilled; (3) achievement motivation of some learners on PPKn subjects is still
lacking. Based on these problems, the
purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) the effect of the student teams
achievement division (STAD) learning model on the learning outcomes of PPKn learners
grade XI in SMA Negeri 1 Manyar dan SMA Negeri 1 Cerme ; (2) the
influence between students who have high achievement motivation and students
who have low achievement motivation towards the learning outcomes of PPKn learners
grade XI in SMA Negeri 1 Manyar dan SMA Negeri 1 Cerme ; (3) the
interaction of the student teams achievement division (STAD) learning model and
achievement motivation on the learning outcomes of PPKn learners class XI in SMA Negeri 1 Manyar dan SMA Negeri 1 Cerme .
This research uses quasi-experimental
research design. There are 2 group/classes, namely the experimental class with
the design of STAD learning models and the control class with conventional
learning model designs. The subjects chosen as the experimental class were
class XI IPA 3 and class XI IPA 4 in SMA Negeri 1 Cerme, class XI IPA 4 and
class XI IPA 7 in SMA Negeri 1 Manyar. The subjects chosen as the control class
were class XI IPA 5 and class XI IPA 6 in SMA Negeri 1 Cerme, class XI IPA 8
and class XI IPA 9 in SMA Negeri 1 Manyar. Each class has 36 students, so the
total number is 288 students. Class determination is carried out by means of
random sampling. The technique used in this research is a two-way analysis of
variance (anava) with data normality test and variance homogeneity test. There
are 2 instruments used in the study, namely the achievement motivation
instrument and the learning achievement test instrument in PPKn subjects.
The results showed
that: (1) there was an influence of the student teams achievement division
(STAD) learning model on the learning outcomes of PPKn learners class XI in SMA Negeri 1 Manyar
dan SMA Negeri 1 Cerme . (2) there is an influence between students who have high achievement
motivation and students who have low achievement motivation on the learning
outcomes of PPKn learners class XI in SMA Negeri 1 Manyar dan SMA Negeri 1 Cerme . (3) there is an
interaction between the student teams achievement division (STAD) learning
model and achievement motivation on the learning outcomes of PPKn learners
class XI in SMA Negeri 1 Manyar dan SMA Negeri 1 Cerme .
