Development of Android-Based Fun Reading Media (BARUSIK) For Beginning Reading Materials In Class 1 Elementary School
Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media BARUSIK berbasis android untuk materi membaca permulaan siswa kelas 1 sekolah dasar, untuk mengukur validitas media BARUSIK berbasis android terhadap materi membaca permulaan siswa kelas 1 sekolah dasar, untuk mengetahui keefektifan media BARUSIK terhadap materi membaca permulaan siswa kelas 1 sekolah dasar dan untuk mengetahui kepraktisan media BARUSIK berbasis android terhadap materi membaca permulaan siswa kelas 1 sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan atau R&D (research and development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi materi dan media, lembar pretest dan posttest, serta lembar angket respon guru dan siswa. Teknik analisis data validasi materi dan media menggunakan pedoman skala Likert, lembar pretest dan posttest menggunakan analisis rumus N-Gain serta lembar angket respon guru dan siswa menggunakan pedoman skala Guttman. Hasil kevalidan media BARUSIK memperoleh persentase 86,67% melalui tahapan validasi ahli materi dan persentase 86,75% melalui tahapan validasi ahli media. Tingkat keefektifan media BARUSIK mendapatkan nilai 0.52 dari analisis N-Gain melalui tahapan uji coba produk yang menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan tingkat sedang terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi membaca permulaan. Kepraktisan media dapat diketahui melalui angket respon guru yang mendapatkan 100% dan angket respon siswa yang mendapatkan 92% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media BARUSIK berbasis android dapat dinyatakan valid, efektif dan praktis untuk digunakan sebagai media belajar untuk materi membaca permulaan siswa kelas 1 sekolah dasar.

This development research aims to develop android-based BARUSIK media for early grade 1 elementary school students, to measure the validity of android-based BARUSIK media for early grade 1 elementary school students' reading material, to determine the effectiveness of ARUSIK media on early grade 1 school students' reading material. basic education and to find out the practicality of android-based BARUSIK media for early reading material for grade 1 elementary school students. This research uses the type of development research or R&D (research and development) with the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The research instruments used were material and media validation sheets, pretest and posttest sheets, and teacher and student response questionnaire sheets. The data analysis technique used material and media validation using Likert scale guidelines, pretest and posttest sheets using N-Gain formula analysis and teacher and student response questionnaire sheets using Guttman scale guidelines. The results of the validity of BARUSIK media obtained a percentage of 86.67% through the material expert validation stage and the percentage of 86.75% through the media expert validation stage. The effectiveness level of BARUSIK media got a value of 0.52 from the N-Gain analysis through the product trial stage which showed a moderate increase in student learning outcomes for early reading materials. The practicality of the media can be seen through the teacher's response questionnaire who gets 100% and the student response questionnaire who gets 92% with very practical criteria. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the android-based BARUSIK media can be declared valid, effective and practical to be used as learning media for early reading material for grade 1 elementary school students.
