Regional
potential means the ability of the region that allows it to be developed.
Investment is a commitment to a number of funds or other resources carried out
at this time, with the aim of obtaining a number of future profits. Funds
invested in real sectors such as land, gold, machinery or buildings and
financial assets. Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency is an agropolitan area and
an agropolitan-based economic development center. The purpose of this study was
to identify supporters of investment activities and find out the effect of the
value of investment activities in the Kapas District of Bojonegoro Regency.
This
study use d
a qualitative approach with a type of multicas e study. The research subjects were the agro-tourism
investors in Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency. Data collection techniques use
documentation, observation, and interviews. Data analysis is data reduction,
data presentation, and conclusion, while for the validity of the data using
triangulation.
The
results of data analysis show that supporting investment activities are land
potential, water potential, agricultural potential, tourism potential, and
human resource potential. Investors are more interested and choose the
potential of land and tourism to establish agrotourism. The value that influen ce investment activities are 1) Political value in the form of parochial politics,
namely simple and traditional politics with very small traits to be understood
structurally. 2) Economic value in the form of the main elements of relations
with one another. 3) Social values in
the form of intellectual communities that have a positive tradition seek to
take the value of knowledge in strategic concepts for survival in the scope of
workers and social citizenship. 4) Cultural values in the form of cultural attitudes and
behavior that are concerned in the values of
Javanese knowledge habits which are social habits in doing things socially.
