PERILAKU AGRESIF DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF TEORI BELAJAR SOSIAL DAN KONTROL DIRI
AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR VIEWED FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE SOCIAL LEARNING THEORY AND SELF-CONTROL
Perilaku agresif merupakan manifestasi dalam bentuk perkelahian, tindak kekerasan maupun kerusuhan sosial yang membawa efek buruk pada individu dan lingkungan. Seringkali perilaku agresif berkembang menjadi masalah sosial di belahan dunia dan menyita perhatian banyak publik. Beragam perspektif atau teori telah menjelaskan penyebab munculnya perilaku agresif. Salah satu teori yang mendasari dan memiliki pengaruh penyebab munculnya perilaku agresif yaitu teori belajar sosial. Selain itu juga ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi perilaku agresif yakni kontrol diri. Terdapat kajian dari hasil riset terdahulu yang menunjukkan bukti bahwa teori belajar sosial dan kontrol diri memiliki hasil yang searah bahkan bertentangan terhadap konsep perilaku agresif. Atas dasar pemikiran tersebut, artikel ini berbasis kajian konseptual akan memaparkan mengenai konsep, teori, dan hasil penelitian terdahulu tentang perilaku agresif ditinjau dari perspektif teori belajar sosial dan kontrol diri sehingga perilaku agresif dapat dipahami dan dianalisis lebih jauh agar dapat dilakukan pengontrolan terhadap perilaku agresif. Kajian konseptual ini diperoleh dari sumber bacaan seperti buku dan jurnal.Kata Kunci: studi literatur, perilaku agresif, belajar sosial, kontrol diri
Aggressive behavior is a manifestation in the form of fights, acts of violence and social unrest which has an adverse effect on individuals and the environment. Often aggressive behavior develops into social problems in parts of the world and attracts the attention of many publics. Various perspectives or theories have explained the cause of the emergence of aggressive behavior. One theory that underlies and has the effect of causing the emergence of aggressive behavior is social learning theory. In addition there are also other factors that influence aggressive behavior, namely self control. There are several of the results of research that show evidence that social learning theory and self-control have directional or even contradictory results to the concept of aggressive behavior. On the basis of these thoughts, this article is based on a conceptual study that will will explain the concepts, theories, and results of previous research on aggressive behavior in terms of the perspectives of social learning theory and self-control so that aggressive behavior can be further understood and analyzed in order to control aggressive behavior.
