THE EFFECT OF THE DISCOVERY LEARNING MODEL BASED ON THE EDMODO LEARNING PLATFORM ON STUDENTS LEARNING INTEREST IN INDONESIAN HISTORY CLASS X MIA 1 SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL LABSCHOOL UNESA, SURABAYA
Pelaksanaan penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dalammengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning berbasis platform learning edmodo terhadap minat belajar sejarah siswa kelas X MIA 1 SMA Labschool Unesa, Surabaya melalui pembelajaran online semasa pandemi Covid- 19. Model pembelajaran discovery learning merupakan proses pembelajarn yang membangun pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa secara lebih mendalam selama proses belajar. Berbasis platform learning edmodo yang menyediakan berbagai fitur canggih yang membantu siswa dalam pembelajaran online. Model pembelajaran discovery learning berbasis platform learning edmodo dimanfaatkan oleh peneliti dalam memperngaruhi minat belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran sejarah Indonesia. Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif dengan pengukuran skala linkert. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang sedang pada model pembelajaran discovery learning berbasis platform learning Edmodo terhadap minat belajar sejarah siswa kelas X MIA 1 SMA Labschool Unesa, Surabaya adalah sebesar 60,2% melalui pembelajaran online semasa pandemi Covid-19.

The purpose of this reseach was to find out the effect of the discovery learning model based on the edmodo learning platform on the interest in learning history of class X MIA 1 senior high school Labschool Unesa, Surabaya through online learning during the Covid- 19 pandemic. Discovery learning model is a learning process that builds knowledge and understanding students in more depth during the learning process. Based in the Edmodo learning platform which provides various advanced features that help students in online learning. The discovery learning model based on the Edmodo learning platform is used by reseachers in influencing student’s interest in learning in Indonesian history subjects. This study uses a quantitative method with a linkert scale measurement.This research shows that there is a moderate positive correlation in the discovery learning model based on the Edmodo learning platform towards the interest in the learning history of class X MIA 1 seniro high school Labschool Unesa, Surabaya, which is 60.2% through online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.
