Status Kondisi Fisik Atlet Cabang Olahraga Renang Indah Putri Puslatda Jatim 100/IV 2021
PHYSICAL CONDITION OF ARTISTIC SWIMMING ATHLETES WOMEN EAST JAVA REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER 100/IV 2021
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi Fisik atlet cabang olahraga renang indah putri Puslatda Jatim 100-IV menjelang Pekan Olahraga Nasional Papua 2021. Kondisi Fisik merupakan komponen yang memiliki peran penting dalam mencapai prestasi di semua bidang olahraga termasuk cabang olahraga renang indah putri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Tim Binpres KONI Jawa Timur yang berjumlah 6 Subjek. Data keseluruhan tiap item tes disajikan dalam bentuk presentase, yang dimana didapati nilai dengan rincian tes sebagai berikut : 77% memenuhi target dan 23% tidak memenuhi target. Berikut adalah hasil presentase keberhasilan para atlet dalam melakukan tes fisik tiap item nya dari yang terbesar hingga terkecil : sit up 50% ; Hover front 100% right 100% left 100% ; hand stand 100% ; superman back hold 100% ; sit and reach 100% ; ankle flexibility 100% ; overhead leg 100% ; wattbike 50% ; Russian twist 0% ; dips 80% ;one leg squad right 70% left 100% dan chin up 75%.
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical condition of athletes in the women's swimming sport at Puslatda Jatim 100-IV ahead of the Papua National Sports Week 2021. Physical condition is a component that has an important role in achieving achievements in all sports, including women's beautiful swimming. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with secondary data sourced from the East Java KONI Binpres Team, totaling 6 subjects. The overall data for each test item is presented in the form of a percentage, where the scores are found with the details of the test as follows: 77% met the target and 23% did not meet the target. The following are the results of the percentage of success of the athletes in carrying out physical tests for each item from the largest to the smallest: sit ups 50%; Hover front 100% right 100% left 100% ; handstand 100% ; superman back hold 100% ; sit and reach 100% ; ankle flexibility 100% ; overhead leg 100% ; watt bike 50% ; Russian twist 0% ; dips 80%; one leg squad right 70% left 100% and chin up 75%.
