Interpersonal conflicts impacted individual self and caused problem between individuals who experienced it. Thus, according to the influence of interpersonal conflict, it is necessary for management interpersonal conflict to prevent it. Management interpersonal conflict is an individual’s ability to resolve conflicts that occur. Based on preliminary research in Junior High School Ar-Rahmah for Girls it was found that interpersonal conflict problems often occur because there are many different student’s background.
This researchs aims to produce a product that is the media game of JENAKA (Jenga Management Interpersonal Conflict) that can has the acceptability criteria , to improve the understanding of management interpersonal conflict for student . The development model used by Borg and Gall , development model consisting of ten stages, nam e ly: Initial research and survey, planning, development of the initial product format, preliminary test, revision of the early products, the field test, test revision of products, the field trials, revision of the final product. Researcher limit this development researchs until five stage of revision of the early due to the presence of time and budget . After the media game of JENAKA (Jenga Management Interpersonal Conflictl) has been developed, it is necessary to have a validation and trial test. The result obatined f rom the material expert test was 100 % with assesment criteria is very good product, no revisions needed. Furthermore, from the media expert test was 93,2 % was obtained with assesment criteria is very good, no revision needed. And then, prospective user (counselor) the result obtained was 75 % with assesment criteria is very good, no revision needed and by prospective users (students) obtained was 90,1 % with assesment criteria is very good, no revision needed. So that, it can be concluded that the the media game of JENAKA (Jenga Management Interpersonal Conflictl) has tha acceptability criteria that includes of usability, appropriateness, accuracy, and propriety.
