Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan metode sosiodrama terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI OTKP pada kompetensi dasar menerapan pelayanan prima kepada pelanggan di SMKN 2 Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen quasi (quasi eksperimental design) dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes berupa pre-test dan post-test, metode dokumentasi dan metode observasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh siswa XI OTKP 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI OTKP 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji Hipotesis (uji-t), dan uji gain score. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen maupun kelas kontrol dinyatakan tuntas 100%. Nilai rata-rata post-test kelas eksperimen adalah sebesar 86,8 sedangkan kelas kontrol adalah sebesar 83. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t nilai post-test, diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,168 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,002. Sedangkan t-tabel diketahui sebesar 1,995 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa t-test < 0,05 yaitu 0,002 < 0,05 dan t-hitung (3,168) > t-tabel (1,995). Sementara berdasarkan hasil uji gain score diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,668 artinya, kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar namum dalam kategori sedang karena 0,3 ≤ (g) < 0,7. Berdasarkan hasil analisis di atas, maka disimpulkan Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sehingga terdapat pengaruh hasil belajar siswa setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan metode sosiodrama.

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning models with the sociodrama method on the learning outcomes of students of class XI OTKP on basic competencies applying excellent service to customers at SMKN 2. This type of research uses quasi experimental research designs (quasi experimental design) with shape nonequivalent control group design. Data collection methods using test methods in the form of pre-test and post-test, documentation methods and observation methods. This research was conducted on all students XI OTKP 1 as an experimental class and class XI OTKP 2 as a control class. Data analysis techniques used normality test, homogeneity test, Hypothesis test (t-test), and gain score test. The results of this study indicate that the completeness of student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class is declared 100% complete. The average pretest value of the experimental class was 54.2 while that of the control class was 54.8. Based on the results of the t-test analysis of the post-test, a t-count of 3.168 was obtained with a significance level of 0.002. While the table is known to be 1.995 with a significance level of 0.05. These results indicate that the t-test <0.05 is 0.002 <0.05 and t-count (3.168)> t-table (1.995). While based on test results obtained scores obtained a value of 0.668 means, the experimental class and the control class improve learning outcomes but in the medium category because 0.3 ≤ (g) <0.7. Based on the results of the analysis above, it was concluded that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. So there is an influence of student learning outcomes after applying cooperative learning models with the sociodrama method.
