CONCERTO NO. 5 OP. 22 FOR VIOLIN 3RD MOVEMENT BY FRIEDRICH SEITZ (A REVIEW OF TECHNIQUE AND AMBITUS)
Concerto no. 5 op. 22 3rd movement merupakan karya dari Friedrich Seitz yang dibuat pada zaman romantik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan teknik permainan violin dan jangkauan nada pada lagu tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Objek pada penelitian ini yaitu partitur Concerto no. 5 op. 22 3rd movement yang didapat dari buku 4 suzuki violin. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada lagu ini terdapat beberapa teknik permainan violin meliputi teknik bowing yang meliputi yaitu legato, staccato, tenutto, aksen, double stop, triple stop, dan spiccato dan teknik penjarian yaitu appogiatura, acciacatura, double stop, dan triple stop. Jangkauan nada yang ada pada lagu Concerto no. 5 op. 22 3rd movement terendah pada nada G dan yang tertinggi pada nada B.
Concerto no. 5 op. 22 3rd movement is the work of Friedrich Seitz which was made in the romantic era. This study aims to describe the technique of playing the violin and the pitch range of the song. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The object of this study is the score Concerto no. 5 op. 22 3rd movement obtained from book 4 suzuki violin. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results of this study indicate that in this song there are several violin playing techniques including bowing techniques which include legato, staccato, tenutto, accent, double stop, triple stop, and spiccato and fingering techniques, namely appogiatura, acciacatura, double stop, and triple stop. The range of tones in the song Concerto no. 5 op. 22 3rd movement is the lowest on the note G and the highest on the note B.
