STUDI LITERATUR PEMANFAATAN WEBSITE BALAI LATIHAN KERJA SEBAGAI MEDIA INFORMASI KEGIATAN PELATIHAN

Balai Latihan Kerja merupakan lembaga pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk melakukan percepatan dalam mencetak tenaga kerja yang kompeten. Dunia kerja telah berevolusi sejak terlahirnya revolusi industri yang melahirkan industri 4.0 yang bisa disebut dengan era digital. Kementerian ketenagakerjaan terus melakukan pembenahan terhadap Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) dengan melakukan reorientasi, revitalisasi, dan rebranding. Penyebaran informasi kepada masyarakat secara luas tentang pelatihan kerja yaitu dengan cara memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi yang ada, salah satunya melalui media informasi berbasis website. Kualitas informasi yang nantinya akan disebarkan pun harus akurat, aktual serta bermanfaat bagi penggunanya.Metode yang digunakan dalam studi literatur ini yaitu metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Penggunaan metode SLR untuk mengidentifikasi, mengkaji, mengevaluasi, dan menafsirkan semua penelitian yang tersedia dengan bidang topik fenomena yang menarik, dengan pertanyaan penelitian tertentu yang relevan. Berbagai sumber tertulis yang peneiliti gunakan mulai dari artikel, jurnal dan dokumen yang relevan terhadap kajian penelitian. Studi literatur ini membahas tentang bagaimana dampak dari penggunaan website pada Balai Latihan Kerja, juga memfokuskan pada konten dan fitur website yang akan digunakan untuk website balai tersebut. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dengan website mempunyai peranan sangat penting dalam menyebarkan informasi secara luas dan membantu dalam proses monitoring kegiatan pelatihan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja Balai Latihan Kerja.

The Job Training Center is a training institution that aims to accelerate the production of a competent workforce. The world of work has evolved since the birth of the industrial revolution which gave birth to industry 4.0 which can be called the digital era. The Ministry of Manpower continues to make improvements to the Work Training Center (BLK) by reorienting, revitalizing and rebranding. Disseminating information to the public about job training by taking advantage of existing technology, one of which is through website-based information media. The quality of the information that will be disseminated must also be accurate, actual and useful for its users. The method used in this literature study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Use of the SLR method to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all available research on the topic area of ​​the phenomenon of interest, with specific relevant research questions. Various written sources that the researcher uses, ranging from articles, journals and documents relevant to research studies.This literature study discusses how the impact of using the website at the Vocational Training Center also focuses on the content and features of the website that will be used for the hall's website. The results of the study show that the use of information and communication technology with websites has a very important role in disseminating information widely and assisting in the monitoring process of training activities so as to improve the performance of the Job Training Center.
