Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keadilan organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. X cabang Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh, sampel terdiri dari 121 karyawan tetap karyawan PT. X cabang Surabaya. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala keadilan organisasi dan skala organizational citizenship behavior, dalam menganalisis data yang terkumpul menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi r 0,416 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000. berdasarkan hasil analisis hipotesis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara keadilan organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. X cabang Surabaya.

This study was aimed to determine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT. X Surabaya branch. This study used quantitative research methods with saturated sampling technique, which consisted of 121 permanent employees of PT. X Surabaya branch. The research instrument used were organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior scale, while the collected data was analyzed using product moment correlation technique. The results of the study showed that the correlation coefficient was r 0.416 with a significance level of 0.000. Based on the results of the hypothesis analysis, Thus, it was concluded that there was a relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT. X Surabaya branch.
