The Influence of the Discovery Learning Learning Model on Students' Self-Regulated Learning in History Learning Class X at SMA Negeri 20 Surabaya
Penelitian ini sebagai skripsi dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap self-regulated learning peserta didik pada pembelajaran sejarah kelas X di SMA Negeri 20 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian true experimental melalui posttest-only control group design. Terdapat dua kelompok yakni kelompok dengan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik sampling simple random sampling. Subjek penelitian didapat kelas X-4 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan model pembelajaran discovery learning dan X-5 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai dengan kriteria signifikansi 0,000 < 0,005, H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima menunjukkan arti terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap self-regulated learning peserta didik pada pembelajaran sejarah kelas X SMA Negeri 20 Surabaya.

This research is a thesis with the aim of analyzing the effect of the discovery learning model on students' self-regulated learning in history learning class X at SMA Negeri 20 Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach with a true experimental research type through a posttest-only control group design. There are two groups, namely the group with the experimental class and the control class with sampling using probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The research subjects were class X-4 as the experimental class with the discovery learning model and X-5 as the control class with conventional learning. Data collection techniques using research questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained a value with a significance criterion of 0.000 <0.005, H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted indicating that there is an influence of the discovery learning model on students' self-regulated learning in history learning class X SMA Negeri 20 Surabaya.
