        Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, dukungan sosial,  dan motivasi prestasi terhadap  kompetensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa era industri 4.0 Perguruan Tinggi Negeri  di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif, melalui analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan metode Analysis Moment of Structural (AMOS), dalam metode ini untuk menggali data menggunakan empat variabel yang diteliti, yaitu pendidikan kewirausahaan di era industri 4.0, dukungan sosial, motivasi prestasi, dan kompetensi kewirausahaan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan metode Solvin didapatkan sampel 392 responden mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di  Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan pendidikan kewirausahaan, dukungan sosial dan motivasi prestasi terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan di era industri 4.0; (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan pada dukungan sosial terhadap pendidikan kewirausahaan dan dukungan sosial terhadap motivasi prestasi; (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan dukungan sosial terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan melalui motivasi prestasi; (4) tidak ada pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan melalui pendidikan kewirausahan; (5) Temuan penelitian memberikan sumbangan terhadap Teori Manajemen Pendidikan pada umumnya dan khususnya pada Pendidikan Kewirausahaan,  yang merupakan kebaruan/novelty penelitian adalah didapatkan model perkembangan pendidikan kewirausahaan era industri 4.0 Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Surabaya. Pengembangan hasil penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dalam menentukan arah kebijakan pentingnya pendidikan kewirausahaan, serta sebagai rujukan untuk meningkatkan lulusan perguruan mempunyai kompetensi kewirausahaan era industri 4.0.

This research proposes to examine the influence of entrepreneurship education, social support, and achievement motivation on entrepreneurship competencies of industrial era 4.0 Students of State Universities in Surabaya.  This research used descriptive and quantitative approaches, through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with AMOS. Through this method, the data exploration used four variables namely entrepreneurship education in the industrial era 4.0, social support, achievement motivation, and entrepreneurial competence. This study used purposive sampling, with the Solvin method obtained a sample of 392 student respondents of State Universities in Surabaya. The results showed that (1) there was a significant effect of entrepreneurship education, social support and achievement motivation on entrepreneurial competence in the industrial era 4.0; (2) there was a significant influence of social support for entrepreneurship education and social support on achievement motivation; (3) there was a significant effect of social support on entrepreneurial competence through achievement motivation; (4) there was no influence of social support on entrepreneurial competence through entrepreneurship education; (5) The research findings contribute to the theory of education management in general and in particular on entrepreneurship education. The novelty of this research is the discovery of a model of entrepreneurial development in the industrial era 4.0 in Public Universities in Surabaya. The development of research results can be used as a reference in determining the direction of the importance of entrepreneurship education, as well as a reference for improving college graduates with entrepreneurial competence in the industrial era 4.0.
