PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN COURSE REVIEW HORAY TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN HUMAS DAN KEPROTOKOLAN KELAS XI SMK YPM 3 TAMAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Course Review Horay terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dan untuk mengetahui penerapan Model Pembelajaran Course Review Horay pada mata pelajaran Humas dan Keprotokolan kompetensi dasar Menerapkan Pelayanan Prima kepada Pelanggan di SMK YPM 3 Taman tahun pelajaran 2018/2019.

Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Eksperimen Kuasi (Quasi Exsperimental Design) dengan bentuk Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa XI OTKP 2 yang berjumlah 35 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI OTKP 3 yang berjumlah 35 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar tes hasil belajar Pre-Test dan Post-Test. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, observasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Homogenitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji-t (hipotesis), dan analisis Gain Score (Selisih).

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen sebanyak 35 siswa dinyatakan tuntas seluruhnya (100%), sedangkan kelas kontrol hanya beberapa yang tuntas sebanyak 28 dari 35 siswa (80%), nilai rata-rata Pre-Test kelas eksperimen adalah sebesar 64,14, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol sebesar 61,86. Nilai rata-rata Post-Test kelas eksperimen adalah 85,14, sedangkan kelas kontrol adalah sebesar 78,43. Gain Score atau selisih nilai rata-rata Pre-Test dan Post-Test pada kelas eksperimen adalah sebesar 21,00, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol adalah sebesar 16,57. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya Model Pembelajaran Course Review Horay. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambahkan beberapa kompetensi dasar pada model pembelajaran Course Review Horay.

THE EFFECT OF COURSE REVIEW HORAY LEARNING MODEL ON STUDENT LEARNING ON SUBJECTS IN PUBLIC RELATIONS AND PROTOCOL CLASS XI IN SMK YPM 3 TAMAN

This study aims to determine the effect of the Course Review Horay learning model on student learning outcomes, and to determine the application of the Course Review Horay learning model in the subject of Public Relations and Protocol basic competencies of Implementing Excellent Service to Customers at SMK YPM 3 Taman 2018/2019 lessons.

This type of research uses a Quasi Experimental Design with the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects of this study were all students of class XI OTKP 2 totaling 35 students as the experimental class and XI OTKP 3 totaling 35 students as a control class. The research instrument used was a test sheet Pre-Test and Post-Test. Data collection techniques using documentation, observation, and test. Data analysis techniques used Homogenity Test, Normality Test, T-Test (hypothesis), and Gain Score analysis (difference).

The results of this study indicate that the completeness of learning outcomes in the experimental class as many as 35 students declared complete (100%), while only a few control classes were completed as many as 28 of 35 students (80%), the average value of the Pre-Test experimental class was 64.14, while in the control class was 61.86. The average Post-Test score of the experimental class was 85.14, while the control class was 78.43. Gain score or the difference in the average value of Pre-Test and Post-Test in the experimental class is 21.00, while in the control class is 16.57.

So that it can be concluded that there are influences of student learning outcomes after the implementation of the Course Review Horay learning model. Suggestions for further research are expected to add some basic competencies to the Course Review horay learning model.
