Sebagai pengajar eksktrakurikuler sudah seharusnya memperhatikan tujuan dalam pembelajaran, adapun beberapa komponen menjadi penentu keberhasilan proses pembelajaran dalam kegiatan eksrakurikuler yaitu media pembelajran. Alangkah baiknya seorang pengajar memiliki kreativitas dalam memilih media pembelajaran, utamanya media yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknik dasar cabang olahraga serta membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan.

Ekstrakurikuler karate merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga yang memiliki banyak sekali Teknik dasar, salah satunya Teknik tendangan mae geri. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menerapkan media triangle cardboard dengan tujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar tendangan mae geri pada siswa ekstrakurikuler karate SMPN 1 Buduran. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 siswa yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu 10 siswa kelompok kontrol kemudian 10 siswa kelompok eksperimen, penelitian menggunakan istrumen tes keterampilan

As an extracurricular teacher, you should pay attention to the objectives in learning, while several components determine the success of the learning process in extracurricular activities, namely learning media. It would be nice for a teacher to have creativity in choosing learning media, especially effective media to improve basic sports technical skills and make the learning process fun and not boring.

Karate extracurricular is one sport that has a lot of basic techniques, one of which is the mae geri kick technique. In this study, researchers applied triangle cardboard media with the aim of improving the learning outcomes of Mae Geri kicks in extracurricular karate students of Junior High School 1 Buduran. This study used a type of experimental research with a quantitative approach, the sample in this study amounted to 20 students divided into 2 groups, namely 10 control group students then 10 experimental group students, the study used the mae geri kick skill test instrument and used data analysis data description test, normality test, independent sample t-test.
