Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Sirkuit Berbasis Pendekatan Saintifik Terhadap Hasil Belajar Dribble dan Shooting Bola Basket

Proses belajar mengajar di sekolah pada pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani harus kreatif dan inovatif agar dapat menumbuhkan minat belajar peseerta didik yang akan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajarnya, salah satu upaya dalam memberikan proses pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif dengan memberikan model, metode dan strategi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran PJOK khususnya materi bola besar yaitu dribble dan shooting bola basket. Melibatkan guru pendidikan jasmani dalam melakukan penelitian yang berperan sebagai pelaksana model pembelajaran.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain atau rancangan dalam penelitian ini matching only design.  Rancangan ini terdapat kelompok kontrol, kelompok eksperimen dengan adanya perlakuan, adanya pretest-posttest untuk memastikan efektifitas perlakuan yang diberikan. Dua kelas dari sembilan kelas pada lingkup penelitian yang akan dijadikan sampel, satu kelas sebagai kelompok control dan satu kelas sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dengan melakukan undian secara acak

Hasil uji paired sampke  t-test dalam kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikanpada variabel dribble bola basket memiliki signifikansi 0,034 dan shooting bola basket memiliki signifikansi 0,029. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan dari penelitian ini bahwa model pembelajaran sirkuit berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada pembelajaran PJOK meningkatkan hasil belajar dribble dan shooting bola basket.

Teaching and learning processes at schools in physical education learning must be creative and innovative in order to foster students’ interest in learning that will affect the learning outcomes.One of the efforts in providing creative and innovative learning processes is by the provision of models, methods and strategies in learning. This study aims to help students improve their learning outcomes in physical education, sport, and health (PJOK) learning, especially the big ball sport material that in this case is basketball dribbling and shooting. This study involved physical education teachers who acted as the implementer of learning modelin this research.

The method used in this research was experimental research with quantitative approach. The design in this study was matching only design. This design consists of a control group, an experimental group that is given a treatment, and pretest-posttest to ensure the effectiveness of the given treatment. Two classes of the ninth grade with in the scope of the study became the sample in this study, one class as the control group and the other class as the experimental group. The sample selection utilized a cluster random sampling techniquein which the samples in each group were drawn randomly.

The result of paored sample t-test in the experimental group showed a significant effevt on the basketball dribbling variable the significance value of which was 0,034 and the basketball shooting the significance value of which was 0,029. Therefore, it is concluded from this study that scientific approach-based learning model for physical education, sport, and health learning improves the outcomes of basketball dribbling and shooting.
