STUDI NUMERIK KEKUATAN MATERIAL GALVANIZED STEEL DAN AISI 1045 PADA RANGKA ALAS E-FOLDING SCOOTER
NUMERICAL STUDY OF STRENGTH OF GALVANIZED STEEL AND AISI 1045 MATERIAL ON E-FOLDING SCOOTER BASE FRAME
Alat transportasi yang digunakan untuk kalangan lansia dan orang yang berkebutuhan khusus yaitu kursi roda. Oleh karena itu, CV. Cahaya Berkah Gusti menciptakan E-Folding Scooter. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis kekuatan material galvanized steel dan AISI 1045 yang akan diaplikasikan pada rangka alas E-Folding Scooter. Penelitian ini menggunakan solidworks 2016 berbasis FEM. Simulasi yang akan dilakukan yaitu uji statis tegangan dan faktor keamanan dengan total beban 130kg. Material yang digunakan yaitu galvanized steel dan AISI 1045. Hasil uji tegangan material galvanized steel diperoleh nilai maksimum 262,961MPa dan nilai minimum 0,007MPa, dimana pada F1 diperoleh nilai tegangan 65,746MPa, F1 2 sebesar 65,746MPa, F3 sebesar 43,833MPa, F4 sebesar 43,833MPa, F5 sebesar 21,920MPa, dan F6 sebesar 21,920MPa. Hasil displacement sebesar 0,945mm. Hasil faktor keamanan diperoleh nilai minimum 0,78. Hasil uji tegangan material AISI 1045 diperoleh nilai maksimum 255,717MPa dan nilai minimum 0,006MPa, dimana pada F1 diperoleh nilai tegangan 63,934MPa, F2 sebesar 63,934MPa, F3 sebesar 42,625MPa, F4 sebesar 42,625MPa, F5 sebesar 21,316MPa, dan F6 sebesar 21,316MPa. Hasil displacement sebesar 0,930mm. Hasil faktor keamanan diperoleh nilai minimum nya 2,1.
The means of transportation used for the elderly and people with special needs is a wheelchair. Therefore, CV. Cahaya Berkah Gusti creates the E-Folding Scooter. The aim of this research is to analyze the strength of galvanized steel and AISI 1045 materials which will be applied to the base frame of the E-Folding Scooter. This research uses Solidworks 2016 based on FEM. The simulation that will be carried out is a static stress test and safety factor with a total load of 130kg. The materials used are galvanized steel and AISI 1045. The stress test results for the galvanized steel material obtained a maximum value of 262.961MPa and a minimum value of 0.007MPa, where at F1 the stress value was 65.746MPa, F1 2 was 65.746MPa, F3 was 43.833MPa, F4 was 43.833. MPa, F5 is 21,920MPa, and F6 is 21,920MPa. The resulting displacement is 0.945mm. The results of the safety factor obtained a minimum value of 0.78.
