Beban Kemiskinan sangat dirasakan oleh kelompok-kelompok masyarakat tertentu di Indonesia, Pemerintah dengan berbagai cara mengentasakan masyarakat dari kemiskinan, salah satu cara yang dilakukan dengan memberikan bantuan langsung tunai yang Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) namun berbagai permasalahan pelaksanaan program PKH ditemui seperti, kecemburuan sosial, tidak terima bantuannya dicabut karena sudah tidak memenuhi syarat komponen dll,  sehingga pelaksanaan Program PKH perlu dilakukan Evaluasi, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan evaluasi program PKH di Desa Mlinjeng Kecamatan Sumberrejo dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian Kaulitatif Desakriptif, Fokus Penelitian adalah Evaluasi Program Keluarga Harapan sesuai teori William N, Dunn (2003), Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Melinjeng Kecamatan Sumberrejo telah berjalan dengan baik, dan telah memenuhi kriteria Efektif, Efisien, Kecukupan, Kecukupan, Pemerataan, Responsivitas dan Ketepatan.

The burden of poverty is felt by certain groups of people in Indonesia, the government uses various methods to relieve people from poverty, one way is by providing direct cash assistance through the Family Hope Program (PKH), but various problems with the implementation of the PKH program are encountered, such as social jealousy. , did not receive assistance, it was revoked because it did not meet the component requirements, etc., so the implementation of the PKH Program needs to be evaluated. This research aims to analyze and describe the evaluation of the PKH program in Mlinjeng Village, Sumberrejo District using a Descriptive Qualitative research approach. The focus of the research is Evaluation of the Family Hope Program According to the theory of William N, Dunn (2003), the results of the research explain that the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Melinjeng Village, Sumberrejo District has gone well, and has met the criteria of Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness and Accuracy.
