PENCEGAHAN PERUNDUNGAN MELALUI KREATIVITAS PESERTA DIDIK DALAM PEMBUATAN POSTER DARI BARANG BEKAS DI SEKOLAH DASAR
BULLYING PREVENTION THROUGH STUDENTS CREATIVITY IN CREATING POSTERS FROM USED MATERIALS IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan efektivitas pembuatan poster anti-perundungan dari barang bekas oleh peserta didik SD Negeri Sumokembangsri 1, Sidoarjo, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 40 peserta didik kelas 2A dan 5A. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Studi pustaka membantu memahami teori perundungan dan poster, sedangkan studi lapangan mengumpulkan data langsung dari peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian meliputi literatur tentang perundungan, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data diperoleh dari wawancara dengan guru tentang program anti-perundungan, observasi perilaku peserta didik, dan dokumentasi terkait. Data kemudian direduksi, disajikan dalam bentuk naratif, dan disimpulkan untuk memahami fenomena yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembuatan poster melalui beberapa tahapan meningkatkan minat dan keterlibatan aktif peserta didik. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan kesadaran tentang perundungan bagi peserta didik, mengurangi kasus perundungan di sekolah, dan mendorong sikap positif pada diri peserta didik. Kreativitas peserta didik terlihat dalam desain poster yang tidak hanya menyampaikan pesan anti-perundungan tetapi juga pengurangan limbah dan daur ulang. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, terbukti bahwa kegiatan ini efektif dalam mencegah perundungan, yakni sekitar 91%. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan kesadaran tentang perundungan, mengurangi kasus perundungan di sekolah, dan mendorong sikap positif. Kreativitas peserta didik terlihat dalam desain poster yang tidak hanya menyampaikan pesan anti-perundungan tetapi juga pengurangan limbah dan daur ulang. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pembuatan poster dari barang bekas efektif dalam mencegah perundungan dan mendorong kreativitas peserta didik. Disarankan agar sekolah terus mengadakan kegiatan serupa dengan memperhatikan setiap tahapan dan memberikan ruang bagi kreativitas peserta didik untuk memperkuat dampak positif.

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of making anti-bullying posters from scrap by students of SD Negeri Sumokembangsri 1, Sidoarjo, using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were 40 students in grades 2A and 5A. Data were collected through literature study, interviews, observation and documentation. The literature study helped to understand the theory of bullying and posters, while the field study collected data directly from students. Research instruments included literature on bullying, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model which includes collecting, reducing, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Data were obtained from interviews with teachers about the anti-bullying program, observation of learners' behavior, and related documentation. The data were then reduced, presented in narrative form, and concluded to understand the phenomenon that occurred. This activity raises awareness about bullying for learners, reduces cases of bullying in schools, and encourages positive attitudes in learners. Learners' creativity is seen in the poster designs that not only convey anti-bullying messages but also waste reduction and recycling. From the analysis conducted, it is evident that this activity is effective in preventing bullying, which is around 91%. The results showed that the process of making posters through several stages increased learners' interest and active involvement. This activity increased awareness about bullying, reduced cases of bullying in schools, and encouraged positive attitudes. Learners' creativity is seen in the poster designs that not only convey anti-bullying messages but also waste reduction and recycling. The study concluded that making posters from scrap is effective in preventing bullying and encouraging learners' creativity. It is recommended that schools continue to organize similar activities by paying attention to each stage and providing space for learners' creativity to strengthen the positive impact.
